Pros and cons
- Published 1–4 hour processing for Interac, card and PayPal withdrawals
- Interac both ways, up to $10,000 per transaction
- Clear return routes for Interac and PayPal deposits
- Casino is a separate app from the sportsbook on iPhone and Android
- Apple Pay payout route and timing differ across three help pages
- Google Pay and paysafecard deposits come back by bank transfer
- A raised deposit limit applies after 24 hours, so a monthly cap is easy to undo
- The Ontario contact page prints no phone number or email address, only live chat and a web form
Who it suits: Bet365 suits a player who wants a sportsbook and a casino on one account, uses Interac in both directions, and values a published processing window measured in hours. It will frustrate anyone who expects the casino inside the sports app, wants a phone line or email address, or wants a single clear Apple Pay payout route.
Still unconfirmed
- Whether Apple Pay payouts follow the card route in the withdrawal guide or the bank-transfer route in the deposit guide.
- A counted casino game total, since the lobby gives none.
- How long document verification takes, as no turnaround is published.
- Whether an Ontario phone line or support email exists, since the contact page prints neither.
- Time-out and self-exclusion period lengths, which the limits page read does not spell out.
Games at Bet365
Slots and the casino lobby
The casino has its own navigation: Slots, Table Games, Live Casino, Jackpots, Arcade and Exclusives. Search accepts a game or provider name. That is a useful arrangement for someone arriving with a title in mind, while the separate categories make browsing possible without working through the sportsbook.
Familiar studio series sit beside bet365-branded games such as Gates of bet365 and bet365 Spinman, which get their own Exclusives tab. The lobby also breaks slots into video slots, bonus buys, Megaways, Slingo and classic slots, and jackpots and arcade and crash games have their own shelves. Named studios include Playtech, Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Light & Wonder, Big Time Gaming, Blueprint, NetEnt, Play'n GO and Evoplay, with the lobby referring to 40+ further studios. Bet365 publishes no lobby total, so the search bar is the way to confirm a specific game before depositing.

Live casino at Bet365
Live tables, including Casino Hold'em
The live selection includes standard and branded variations of blackjack, roulette and baccarat. Examples include Live Exclusive All Bets Blackjack, Live Speed Roulette, Live bet365 Boost Roulette and Live Fortune 6 Baccarat. Casino Hold'em and Dragon Tiger add different table formats to that core selection. The live menu groups tables into baccarat and dice, blackjack, roulette, game shows and slots, and poker and lotto ball, alongside an Exclusives shelf.
Casino Hold’em is played against the dealer, so it is no substitute for player-versus-player cash games or tournaments, and the Ontario casino lobby has no separate poker room alongside it.

Payment methods
Deposits: Interac, cards and wallets
Interac starts at CAD 10, as do the listed card methods, Apple Pay, Google Pay and paysafecard. PayPal has a higher entry point of CAD 40. Bet365 lists these deposits as instant, and its Ontario deposit guide accepts prepaid cards, gift cards included, on both the debit and credit card routes. Card payouts go back to the same card where possible and otherwise by bank transfer.
The ceilings differ more than the floors. A single Interac or Google Pay deposit tops out at $10,000, cards and Apple Pay go up to $50,000, PayPal to $12,500 and paysafecard to $400. Larger sums need fewer transactions by card or Apple Pay.
The return route matters when choosing between them. Interac and PayPal deposits return through the same services. Google Pay and paysafecard deposits are paid out by bank transfer. Those last two can still fund an account, but they will not receive the withdrawal themselves.

Payouts and limits
Withdrawals and the Apple Pay catch
Bet365 publishes a 1–4 hour processing window for Interac, cards and PayPal, and within 12 hours for bank transfer. That is the time bet365 needs to release the money; your bank can add its own delay afterwards. The card instructions also warn that some withdrawals, including international debit-card returns, can take 2–5 banking days.
With Interac Autodeposit, funds go to the bank after processing; otherwise, an email explains how to accept the transfer. Card withdrawals go back to the depositing card where possible, with bank transfer as the fallback. Per-request caps are $25,000 for Interac, $40,000 for cards, $25,000 for bank transfer and $12,500 for PayPal (minimum $20), so a big win may need splitting into several requests. A bank-transfer payout has to go to an account in your own name.
Apple Pay needs more care, because three bet365 help pages describe it differently. The Ontario deposit guide says Apple Pay deposits are paid back by bank transfer. The Ontario withdrawal guide, checked again on 6 October 2026, sends them to the card behind the wallet where possible, up to $40,000, and labels the method Instant. The Canada-wide withdrawal page gives Apple Pay 1–2 banking days. What they share is the destination: the money lands on a card or bank account, never in Apple Pay, so treat it as a card withdrawal and expect your card issuer's posting time. If a predictable return route matters, Interac is the cleaner deposit choice, since Interac deposits are always paid back by Interac.
Verification is the usual reason a payout runs late. Many accounts clear automatically at sign-up, but bet365 can ask for photo ID and a recent proof of address at any point, and a payout can wait until those documents are approved. Bet365 publishes no turnaround for document checks, so uploading clear copies early is the practical safeguard.
Independent Ontario reviews describe Interac cash-outs arriving the same day for verified accounts, which fits the published window. The complaints that do come up are about document requests at the first withdrawal rather than slow payments, so the order matters: verify first, then withdraw.
- Published payout window
- 1–4 hours for Interac, cards and PayPal; within 12 hours for bank transfer; 2–5 banking days for some international cards Operator-published
- Notes
- Interac, card and PayPal payouts are published at 1-4 hours; bank transfer within 12 hours. Payouts go back to the deposit method where possible. Google Pay, paysafecard and (per the deposit guide) Apple Pay deposits are paid out by bank transfer. Withdrawals can wait on completed verification checks.
This is the operator's stated window, not a test result. Identity checks and your bank can add time.

Mobile app
Mobile website and separate apps
Bet365 offers mobile-browser access and has iPhone and Android listings that explicitly mention Ontario. Both are titled Sports Betting, and their descriptions concentrate on fixtures, in-play betting, match tracking and sports alerts.
The casino itself lives in a separate bet365 Casino app, and one login covers both apps. The catch is switching apps to go from a bet slip to a slot. The mobile website keeps both under one roof with its own Casino section. Every route checks that you are in Ontario before you can play.

Safety and regulation
Who runs the Ontario service?
Bet365 is available in Ontario's regulated iGaming market. Its Ontario terms identify Hillside (International Sports) ENC for the sportsbook and Hillside (International Gaming) ENC for casino and live casino. Both are named under AGCO registration OPIG1232411 and are described as Malta-incorporated entities.
This explains why the casino footer and the operator listing can show different Hillside names. Complaints start with bet365's internal procedure, where a response is aimed for within 48 hours and a request can be made to escalate to Customer Service Management for a final response. After that, the terms say a player can refer the dispute to iGaming Ontario. Ontario gambling requires players to be at least 19 and physically in the province, and bet365 confirms your location by geolocation each time you log in to play.

Customer support
24/7 live chat and a contact form
Bet365 lists live chat as available 24/7 and provides a web form for written enquiries. The contact page prints no phone number and no email address, only the web form, and lists social channels as 24/7 too. Chat opens with an automated assistant that has to be cleared first; one Ontario reviewer reached a person within one to two minutes after that, and recent App Store reviews complain about transfers between agents and longer waits at busy times. Bet365 publishes no response-time target for either channel.
For a pending withdrawal, the Help Centre directs players to Bank > Balances, where status labels show whether a request is still being processed, has been paid or was returned.

Limits and breaks
Bet365's Ontario tools include deposit limits, loss limits, Reality Checks, Time-Out, self-exclusion and My Activity. Deposit and loss limits can be set for a calendar day, week (Saturday to Friday) or month. Reality Checks provide a reminder of time spent logged in; they are alerts, rather than an automatic end to play.
The deposit-limit rules have a useful distinction: a reduction takes effect immediately, while an increase requires a 24-hour wait and confirmation. A 24-hour wait is common in Ontario, but BetMGM goes further: it keeps a raised limit at its old level until the current limit period has ended, so a monthly cap there cannot be undone the next day. On bet365 a monthly cap is only as firm as the following day's decision, so if the aim is a firm pause rather than a budget, Time-Out is the tool built for it. Alternatives to Bet365
Alternatives to Bet365
BetMGM is the closest like-for-like comparison if you want casino games and sports in one Ontario account, and it adds a real poker room and an Ontario phone line; the price is a withdrawal review measured in business days rather than hours. BetRivers is the one to look at if the separate casino app bothers you, because its Canadian app carries casino and sports together. For a broader casino-first catalogue, LeoVegas lists 3,000+ slots and 100+ live tables. 888 is the alternative if separate poker and sportsbook products matter more than keeping everything in one lobby: see the 888 Sport and 888 Poker reviews.
Bet365 remains most compelling for players who want Interac for both deposits and withdrawals with a published processing window measured in hours. Casino-only players should compare the exact games and mobile access they will use.

Bet365 verdict: the cashier, more than the lobby, makes the case
Bet365 makes most sense if you want a casino alongside a sportsbook you will actually use. There is a dedicated casino lobby, a mix of familiar and bet365-branded slots, and live tables covering more than the basic blackjack-and-roulette pairing. Keeping those interests on one account is its clearest attraction.
For someone who only plays casino games, the stronger argument is the cashier rather than the lobby. Bet365 publishes 1–4 hours of processing for Interac, cards and PayPal. BetMGM puts every withdrawal through a review of up to 3–5 business days first, LeoVegas allows up to five working days for an Interac eCashout, and BetRivers publishes no payout timeline at all. The costs are a separate casino app on mobile and a cashier in which the deposit method decides where your money comes back.

Frequently asked questions about Bet365
Is Bet365 available in Ontario?
Yes. Bet365 is available in Ontario's regulated iGaming market. Players must be at least 19 and physically in Ontario to gamble.
Does Bet365 have a casino as well as sports?
Yes. The Ontario service combines a sportsbook with slots, table games and live casino on one account. The casino has its own lobby and game search.
Can Ontario players use Interac both ways?
Yes. Interac supports deposits and withdrawals, up to $10,000 per transaction each way. The published withdrawal processing window is 1–4 hours; that is an operator estimate, and your bank may add time.
Does Apple Pay work for withdrawals?
Yes, but not into Apple Pay itself. The Ontario withdrawal guide returns the money to the card behind the wallet where possible and labels it Instant, while the deposit guide says bank transfer and a Canada-wide page says 1–2 banking days, so treat it as a card payout and confirm the route with live chat first.
Does Bet365 have iPhone and Android apps?
Yes. The bet365 Sports Betting apps on iPhone and Android both mention Ontario, and the casino has its own bet365 Casino app on the same login. The mobile website also works and keeps sports and casino together.
Does Bet365 have a poker room?
No. Bet365's Ontario lobby has no separate poker room. Live Casino Hold’em is a dealer game, not player-versus-player poker.
