Gambling with Ontario-regulated operators is restricted to people 19 or older who are physically located in Ontario and who meet the operator’s own eligibility rules. This website can be read more widely, but reading a review is not permission to open an account or to play from outside Ontario.

Official operator terms, location checks and identity requirements prevail over anything on this site for any account you hold. We do not operate casinos, accept wagers, or hold player accounts. We cannot complete identity verification, move money, or apply self-exclusion at an operator.

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax or gambling advice. Information can change after we last checked a source. Ratings and findings describe our editorial method at the time of publication. They are not a promise of future performance, payout speed, or game results.

If a page and an official operator page disagree, treat the operator page as the rule for that account. Our method is explained on How We Review. Commercial links, where they exist, are explained on the Affiliate Disclosure page.

Some outbound links to casinos are commercial: every casino reviewed at launch is an affiliate partner, and commercial links are marked as sponsored. That does not turn this site into a gambling service and does not make Ontario Casinos List a party to your account with an operator. You remain responsible for reading the operator’s terms before you deposit or play.

When you submit a player review, a complaint or a message in a complaint file, you confirm that it describes your own experience, that it is true to the best of your knowledge, that you are 19 or older and that you played while in Ontario. You must not write on behalf of an operator, an affiliate or a competitor, or accept anything in return for a review.

You keep ownership of what you write. You give Ontario Casinos List a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, display, excerpt and summarise it on this website and in our statistics, and, for complaints, to share it with the operator concerned. Moderators may remove personal data, staff names, links and promotional offers from your text, marked as removed; they do not otherwise rewrite it. We may decline or remove any contribution that breaks the moderation rules published with the forms.

Contributions express the views of their authors, not of Ontario Casinos List. Operators may reply publicly. Anyone who believes a contribution is false or unlawful can contest it using the procedure in the guidelines. OCL is not a regulator or an arbitrator and cannot order an operator to pay.

Links to operators, regulators and support services leave this site. We are not responsible for those sites’ content, availability, or account decisions. Their names and marks belong to them.

The text, arrangement and original research on this site belong to Ontario Casinos List unless another owner is stated. You may link to our public pages. You may not copy the site as a competing product or remove attribution in a way that presents our work as someone else’s.

Free-game demos are supplied by third parties and embedded for information only. They use play money, are not a real-money game, and may behave differently from the version offered by a casino in Ontario, including its RTP setting and features. Game names, logos and thumbnails belong to their owners and appear only to identify the game.

This paragraph does not try to exclude liability for fraud, for gross negligence, or for any right that cannot legally be limited. If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms are governed by applicable laws in Canada. Nothing here asks you to give up a consumer right that a Canadian statute says you cannot give up. If official operator terms and this page conflict on an account you hold, the operator terms control that account.

These terms do not create a partnership, employment, agency or gambling-services contract. They describe how to use an editorial website and how to read its limits.
