BetMGM's Canadian App Store listing publishes 450+ slots, 50+ jackpot slots and 35+ Slingo games for Ontario and Alberta. It also names Bison Fury, MGM Riches and Atlantis. The Google Play listing independently confirms 450+ Slingo and slot games, 50+ jackpots and the main table categories. The Ontario casino page's category row adds New, Tables, Originals, Studio Spotlight, Exclusives and Arcade to the jackpot and live shelves.
The store pages disagree with themselves. Current artwork says “4,000+ slots,” while the written Canadian listings say 450+. The written figure has the clearer scope, but Ontario lobby counts consistently run well above it, so read 450+ as a floor rather than a total; the lobby you see after signing in is the final word.
Exclusive shelves, but no published studio list
The Canadian app artwork separates new games, exclusive games, Light & Wonder-style slots, table games and exclusive jackpots.

The Canadian iPhone listing describes live dealer play around the clock and names blackjack, roulette, baccarat and craps, and the Ontario casino page adds live poker, lottery and game shows. Its artwork shows a dedicated live shelf rather than a single token table. The store text also publishes 14+ blackjack games, 10+ craps and baccarat experiences and 25+ roulette games, although those figures combine live and digital formats and should not be read as live-table counts.
That distinction matters. BetMGM clearly has a substantial table-games section, but the public listing does not split every number by live dealer, first-person or RNG version. The useful conclusion is that the major table families are available; exact live-table depth and stakes only appear once you are signed in to the Ontario lobby.
One independent Ontario review that browsed the lobby counted 78 live entries, from Evolution and Pragmatic Play, with most tables between CAD 0.10 and CAD 2,500. BetMGM does not publish those figures itself, so treat them as a snapshot rather than a guarantee.

BetMGM's Canadian banking material names Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Apple Pay for deposits, with a general minimum deposit of CAD 10, and deposits are credited instantly. Its withdrawal guide separately publishes delivery windows for Interac, Visa Fast Funds, Apple Pay, PayPal, MuchBetter and online banking. Mastercard is missing from that withdrawal list, so do not count on cashing out to one.
That leaves a broader cashier than a simple Interac-and-cards site, but not every logo works both ways. BetMGM also describes a closed-loop approach: a player may need to withdraw through the same route used for the deposit. The published method times begin after a 3–5-day review
BetMGM publishes two stages. First, every withdrawal goes through an internal review of up to 3–5 business days. After approval, the withdrawal chart in BetMGM's Ontario help centre (checked 6 October 2026) gives Interac, PayPal, MuchBetter and Visa debit within 24 hours, Visa credit and Apple Pay 1–3 business days, and online banking 2–4 business days. Mastercard does not appear in the chart.
BetMGM's other pages tell the post-review part differently. The casino's deposit-and-withdrawal guide quotes Interac within eight hours and PayPal and MuchBetter within 1–3 business days, and the help centre's own Interac article describes a review of up to two business days followed by eight hours, then a 1–3 business day credit to the bank. All three put the review first, but BetMGM's estimates for what follows are inconsistent: one method can be quoted at eight hours on one page and up to three business days on another, and the PayPal help article gives a third figure, 2–6 hours. The Interac article says BetMGM charges no fee on Interac withdrawals, while the terms say a bank or payment provider may add its own handling charge, and no page read prints a minimum withdrawal. Use the chart as the starting point, confirm the method you plan to use in the cashier or with support, and plan on the slowest published figure.
The help centre's withdrawal page adds a detail most cash-out summaries leave out: until a withdrawal is approved and dispatched, you can reverse it and put the money back into your balance. With a review that can run five business days, those funds stay one tap from the lobby for most of a working week. If that is a temptation, a timeout blocks deposits and wagers while leaving withdrawals open (see the GameSense section below).
Plan around the top of the review range rather than the bottom, because the review stage can use all five business days. Identity checks are part of sign-up, through an ID upload or a selfie, but BetMGM can still ask for ID and a proof of address before the first withdrawal is approved. Sending those as soon as they are requested keeps them from stretching the review. One independent hands-on review describes exactly that pattern: five days waiting on the review, then a PayPal payment that arrived as soon as it was released. The Canadian App Store lists a dedicated BetMGM Casino app for iPhone and iPad under bundle ID on.betmgm.casino. The listing requires iOS 18.0 or later and is marked for Ontario (19+) and Alberta (18+) play. Google Play carries the Canadian casino package com.betmgm.ca.casino, which shows an update date of 1 September 2026 and explicitly identifies Ontario real-money casino use.
BetMGM also offers sportsbook software, but the existence of that second app should not blur the distinction: the screenshots and catalogue claims used here come from the casino app. The casino and sportsbook are separate downloads, so moving from a slot to a bet slip means switching apps. The casino also runs in a mobile browser with much the same lobby; that route needs Geoguard to confirm you are in Ontario.

Who BetMGM suits—and who should look elsewhere
BetMGM suits an Ontario player who wants a substantial casino plus native apps, a real poker room and sportsbook access under the same brand. It also makes sense when Interac, PayPal or Apple Pay are preferred and a dedicated product range matters more than a rapid withdrawal.
Cash-out speed is where it falls short. The 3–5-business-day internal stage comes before method delivery, making even the quickest published route slower end to end than its headline suggests. It is also not the cleanest choice for a player who wants a public, stable provider roster or exact signed-in table limits before registering.
BetMGM is the MGM Resorts and Entain joint venture
iGaming Ontario lists BetMGM Casino under BetMGM Canada Inc., which the Ontario terms name as the service provider, and shows poker and sportsbook as separate entries under the same operator. BetMGM LLC is jointly owned by MGM Resorts International and Entain. Operators must register with the AGCO and hold an operating agreement with iGaming Ontario, and play is restricted to adults aged 19 or older who are physically in the province.
The terms send complaints to formalcomplaint@on.betmgm.ca and aim to resolve a dispute within 90 days of BetMGM becoming aware of it. A player who is not satisfied can then take it to iGaming Ontario.
The AGCO fined BetMGM Canada CAD 48,000 on 3 May 2022 for advertising gambling inducements on social media and for a post that made a misleading claim about the chance of winning. On 26 March 2025 it fined BetMGM Canada Inc. CAD 110,000 after marketing companies engaged by BetMGM offered cash to people for opening new accounts in 2024. Both notices concern marketing conduct.

BetMGM's GameSense material documents daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits; daily, weekly and monthly spending or loss limits; and a daily time-management setting. Players can also take a timeout lasting from 72 hours to one year. During a timeout, deposits and wagers are blocked, while login, withdrawal and play-history access remain available.
Limit reductions can be made immediately. An increase takes effect only after the existing limit period has expired, so a monthly limit raised early in the month stays at the old level until that period runs out. That is a much longer cooling-off than Bet365's 24-hour wait for a higher deposit limit, and it is the stronger protection if you set a monthly cap deliberately. BetMGM's Ontario terms list self-exclusion for six months, one year or five years. BetGuard is the separate, iGaming Ontario-managed opt-out from all regulated sites (1-833-776-7171), and BetMGM's pages describe it as independent of its own exclusion. BetMGM is one of the more complete gambling products available to Ontario players. The same brand covers casino games, a separate poker room and a sportsbook, while the casino itself has native Canadian apps on both major phone platforms.
The cashier is the main reason not to choose it automatically. Every withdrawal first sits in an internal review of up to 3–5 business days, and only then does the payment method's own clock start. BetMGM's pages also disagree about that second clock: the Ontario help centre's withdrawal chart gives Interac, PayPal and MuchBetter within 24 hours, while the casino's banking guide quotes eight hours for Interac and 1–3 business days for the two wallets. The review stage, not the method, decides how long you wait.
