Golden Tiger banking: Interac in, cards and CAD EFT out
Interac is available for deposits, in Canadian dollars. The terms set no general minimum deposit: the CAD 10 figure often quoted for Golden Tiger sits in the clause on new players' first deposits, so the cashier shows the actual minimum for each method.
Deposit availability does not settle how a withdrawal will be returned. Golden Tiger's pages do not list Interac as a payout route, so someone depositing through Interac may need an eligible card or eCheck route when cashing out. Golden Tiger's terms document eligible withdrawals through Visa Original Credit Transaction and Mastercard Payment Transaction routes, and say that in many cases withdrawals will be paid back to accounts you have already deposited from, so make at least one deposit from the card you want to be paid to.
The eCheck route is what the shared Apollo schedule calls CAD EFT, a transfer to a Canadian bank account. Golden Tiger's own pages give it no fee or timing. Sister site Grand Mondial's FAQ lists CAD EFT as fee-free and puts direct bank transfer at a CAD 300 minimum and a CAD 50 fee, or CAD 100 above CAD 3,000. Golden Tiger's FAQ address returned an error on 6 October 2026 and its terms repeat none of this, so read those figures as a guide to the shared cashier rather than Golden Tiger commitments.

Golden Tiger's terms say withdrawals may go through a processing period that can include verification and other checks, and that processing happens Monday to Friday, not on weekends or public holidays. They give no number of days.
The per-method schedule for the shared cashier is printed on sister sites such as Grand Mondial. Grand Mondial, which runs on the same Apollo cashier, holds requests for 48 hours in pending, processes them on the next business day, then lists three working days for cards, two to three for CAD EFT, one to three for e-wallets and six to ten for direct bank transfer, with checks of up to five to seven working days the first time a player is paid through a method. Golden Tiger repeats none of this, so check the cashier's status screen before planning around it.
Golden Tiger's terms put the minimum withdrawal at CAD 50. Where winnings are substantially greater than a player's total purchases across Casino Rewards partner casinos, they can be paid out at no more than CAD 4,000 a week, an amount the operator may change. The terms also allow document checks: proof that you own the account you deposit from or withdraw to, a passport, driver's licence or government-issued ID, and a bank statement or utility bill no older than three months. Having those ready before the first request keeps it from stalling.

On 10 August 2023 the AGCO fined Apollo Entertainment Ltd, the operator behind Golden Tiger, CAD 100,000 for responsible-gambling failures; the notice names no individual brands. It cites an inadequate voluntary self-exclusion program, insufficient tools for setting financial and time limits, staff who did not fully understand responsible gambling, and missed interventions with players who may have been experiencing gambling-related harm. The regulator also says Apollo had already taken significant steps to strengthen its controls.

Self-exclusion runs for six months, one, two, three, four or five years.
