Partial review In Ontario's regulated market

Luxury Casino Ontario review

3.5Editorial score, 3.5 out of 5

How we score

Luxury Casino is available in Ontario's regulated iGaming market, with over 1,000 games, a Pragmatic Play-led homepage, streamed live tables and Ontario apps on both stores. The cashier is the part to plan around: a reversible 48-hour hold, next-business-day processing, no Interac on the cash-out list, and a CAD 50 direct bank transfer fee that CAD EFT avoids.

Pros and cons

  • Over 1,000 games, with Pragmatic Play releases on the homepage and a streamed live row that includes Crazy Time.
  • The Highest Win Rate headline comes with a footnote explaining that it covers the RTP version received from software providers and is not a warranty of a specific result.
  • Apple and Google Play each list Luxury Casino Ontario from Apollo Entertainment Ltd.
  • CAD EFT returns money to a Canadian bank account with no fee and a CAD 50 minimum.
  • Interac is accepted for deposits but isn't on the Canada withdrawal list.
  • A withdrawal stays reversible for 48 hours and is processed on the following business day before the method's own delivery time begins, so a first card cash-out can take more than a week.
  • Direct bank transfer costs CAD 50, or CAD 100 above CAD 3,000, and takes 6 to 10 working days after processing.
  • The AGCO fined Apollo Entertainment Ltd, the operator behind this brand, CAD 100,000 in August 2023 for responsible-gambling failures, including its self-exclusion and limit tools. The notice names no individual brand.

Who it suits: Suits a player who wants a large lobby, live tables with a human dealer and a native app, and who can plan withdrawals about a week ahead. A poor fit for anyone who needs Interac in both directions or money back within a couple of days.

Still unconfirmed

  • Which per-method limits and Interac cash-out options show up inside a logged-in cashier?
  • Whether the 48-hour pending period runs through weekends or only counts business hours.
  • Which telephone number the support centre uses, since the contact page doesn't print one.

Games at Luxury Casino

What you can play: Pragmatic-led slots, video poker and electronic tables

The homepage hot row is all Pragmatic Play: Big Bass Bonanza, Gates of Olympus 1000, Sugar Rush 1000 and Sweet Bonanza 1000. That sets Luxury apart from its sister site Yukon Gold, whose homepage writes out only Games Global titles, so the two lobbies don't lead with the same studio even though one company runs both. The games page adds video poker, American and European blackjack, and progressives such as Mega Moolah, Maple Moolah, Treasure Nile and Cash Splash.

Electronic tables include Baccarat Squeeze, Multifire Roulette and Hold Em' Poker. The footer adds an eCOGRA logo and a badge saying payout percentages are reviewed by independent auditors. The over-1,000 line isn't broken down by studio, and table, video poker and live titles sit inside it, so the slot share is smaller than the headline suggests.

Live casino at Luxury Casino

Live casino at Luxury Casino: Crazy Time and a Sports Arena tile

The live row names Crazy Time, roulette, blackjack, live slots and baccarat, then adds a Sports Arena tile. Despite the name, Sports Arena is a casino tile rather than a sportsbook, and iGaming Ontario lists Luxury under casino play.

This matters inside the Apollo group. Yukon Gold's host-named roulette and baccarat games are filmed segments with computer-drawn results, while Luxury's homepage row is the streamed, presenter-led kind. If a real-time dealer is the reason you're choosing between the sister sites, Luxury shows it before sign-up. The marketing page doesn't print table limits, so check them on a table before you sit down.

Payment methods

Deposit and withdrawal methods: Interac goes in, CAD EFT is the way back

The FAQ says deposits can come from major credit and debit cards, bank-transfer services, prepaid vouchers and e-wallets. Interac gets its own note: when PayDirect Billing Solutions Inc. processes an Interac deposit, you accept that firm's terms. Interac isn't on the Canada withdrawal list.

That list names Visa original credit for Visa cardholders, CAD EFT and Skrill. For an Interac depositor, the practical route back to a Canadian bank account is CAD EFT: no fee, the CAD 50 floor and two to three working days after processing. Direct bank transfer reaches the same kind of account for a CAD 50 fee, a CAD 300 floor and six to ten working days, so pick it only if CAD EFT isn't offered on your account.

The Ontario landing page puts the minimum deposit at CAD 10 on every method, credited instantly. That floor isn't shared across the group, even though the cash-out FAQ is: the Captain Cooks review and the Casino Classic review both find no everyday minimum in those sites' terms beyond new-player clauses. Go by the logged-in cashier on the day.

The terms say withdrawals may be returned to the financial accounts used for deposits, and that an account not in your name can lead to a suspension.

Payouts and limits

Luxury Casino withdrawal time: 48 hours pending, then the next business day

Withdrawn funds stay pending for 48 hours and are processed on the following business day. Until processing finishes, you can reverse the request from the banking page. The terms say processing generally runs Monday to Friday and may skip weekends and public holidays, and that you keep access to the funds until the payment is in transit.

The delivery times start after that step: three working days for Visa or Mastercard, one to three for e-wallets, two to three for CAD EFT, and six to ten for direct bank transfer. Your first withdrawal by a given method can add up to five to seven working days of verification.

On a calendar, the weekend lands somewhere in every request. If the 48 hours run on the clock, as the FAQ wording reads, a card withdrawal made on a Friday evening leaves the hold on Sunday evening, is processed Monday and is due by Thursday: about six days. The same request on a Tuesday evening is processed Friday and, with the weekend inside the delivery window, is due the following Wednesday: about eight days. A late-week request loses less time, and neither example includes a first-method check.

Expect to be asked for photo ID, proof of address and proof that the payment method is yours. The check can come at registration or, at the latest, around the first withdrawal. Player complaints about Luxury and its Casino Rewards sister sites centre on payouts that ran past the 48-hour mark, usually with verification still open at the first request or a request placed just before a weekend, so clear the documents before your first cash-out.

The CAD 4,000 weekly figure is often quoted as a flat cap. The terms are narrower: it applies when winnings are substantially larger than purchases across Casino Rewards partner casinos, and the terms also reprint card-scheme caps. A player cashing out ordinary amounts is unlikely to meet it; a large win after modest deposits is the case it was written for.

Mobile app

Luxury Casino app for iPhone and Android

The Canadian App Store lists Luxury Casino Ontario for iPhone and iPad, with Apollo Entertainment as the developer. It needs iOS 16.0 or iPadOS 16.0 or later. The store badge reads 18+, yet the description calls the app a real-money platform for players 19 and older in Ontario. The Ontario pages refuse play under 19, so 19 is the age that governs your account.

Google Play uses the same app name and names Apollo Entertainment Ltd. Its badge says Adults only 18+, and the description places real-money slots, live blackjack and roulette in Ontario. One small mismatch: the Play text says hundreds of slots, while the website headline says over 1,000 games.

Luxury is still described in places as browser-only, or as Android-only with iPhone to follow. On 6 October 2026 both stores carried the Ontario app, so those descriptions are out of date. Play also lists Yukon Gold Casino Ontario among more apps by Apollo Entertainment Ltd, and the Ontario website still loads in a browser if you'd rather not install anything.

Safety and regulation

Who runs Luxury Casino: Apollo Entertainment Limited, company C45483

Luxury Casino is available in Ontario's regulated iGaming market. On 6 October 2026 the iGaming Ontario directory listed it under casino play, with Apollo Entertainment Ltd in the operator list. The terms name Apollo Entertainment Limited, company C45483, of Ta' Xbiex, Malta, as the company that manages the brand. The footer says Apollo is regulated by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario and operates under an agreement with iGaming Ontario. Play is for people 19 or older.

A CAD 100,000 AGCO penalty against Apollo Entertainment Ltd, announced on 10 August 2023, was for failures against its responsible-gambling standards. The failures listed were staff who did not fully understand responsible gambling, insufficient tools for setting financial and time limits, an inadequate voluntary self-exclusion program and missed interventions with players who may have been experiencing gambling-related harm. Individual brands are not named, and the notice says Apollo had already taken significant steps to strengthen its controls.

The same company also runs Yukon Gold Casino and Zodiac Casino. A global account can link Ontario sub-accounts across Apollo brands, and the terms count deposit and loss limits among the settings followed at that level.

Customer support

Reaching a person at Luxury Casino: chat behind a bot, email within 48 hours

The contact page describes a support centre open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for live chat and email. The page describes chat as a direct conversation with an agent; player reviews often mention an automated assistant answering first. For email, the page says the team aims to process messages within 48 hours, and the address is support@crhelpdesk.com. The subject list covers deposits, withdrawals and account verification.

The FAQ says the centre also handles telephone queries and points to the contact page, which doesn't print a number. When you ask about a cash-out, name the stage you're at: inside the reversible 48 hours, waiting for the next business day, held for first-method checks, or already with the payment provider.

Player feedback on public review platforms mentions automated replies and slow email answers. If a complaint is still open after support has replied, the terms give complaints@crhelpdesk.com as the next written step.

Responsible gambling

Responsible gambling tools: login, loss and deposit limits

Daily, weekly and monthly limits are published for login time, losses and deposits. Increasing a limit, or removing it, takes effect only after 24 hours, so a tighter limit is the quick direction. You can set the tools in the casino software or by asking support. Find where they sit in your account early, so a limit is quick to set when you want one.

Short breaks run from 24 hours up to three months. Self-exclusion is separate, from six months to five years, and the page says it won't be reversed once applied.

BetGuard is iGaming Ontario's central opt-out from regulated online gambling in the province. It is separate from Luxury's own exclusion, is for people 19 or older, and doesn't need a casino account. ConnexOntario is at 1-866-531-2600. Our responsible gambling guide explains how account limits, breaks and central exclusion differ.

Alternatives to Luxury Casino

Luxury Casino or another Ontario casino? What decides it

Within the Apollo group, the withdrawal schedule is the same everywhere, so the hold is no reason to switch between sister sites. What differs is the lobby: Luxury leads with Pragmatic Play and a streamed live row, Yukon Gold with Games Global titles and filmed hosts, and Zodiac shows the least before sign-up.

If the 48-hour hold is the sticking point, the Jackpot City review covers another operator in the same market. It is a comparison read, not a ranking.

Luxury Casino in Ontario: over 1,000 games and a careful RTP footnote

Luxury Casino's Ontario homepage says "OVER 1000+ GAMES" and adds that new games arrive every week. Beside it sits a Highest Win Rate headline; the FAQ footnote is the line to read before taking it at face value. The casino says it offers the highest RTP version it receives from its software providers. It also says this is not a warranty of a specific result, and that sessions can vary.

RTP is a long-run setting on a title, not a forecast for one evening. The footnote tells you which supplier version Luxury carries; it doesn't say every game returns the same percentage.

The product side is easy to judge from outside: a large lobby, a streamed live row and an Ontario app in both major stores. The cashier is harder. A withdrawal stays reversible for 48 hours, is processed on the following business day, and the receiving method then adds its own wait, while Interac, the deposit method the FAQ gives its own note, isn't on the cash-out list. Most of what follows is about planning around that.

If something goes wrong with Luxury Casino

  1. Complain to Luxury Casino first, in writing. Contact the 24/7 support team first; if it isn't resolved, email complaints@crhelpdesk.com to have a solutions specialist review it. Ask for a complaint reference number and keep screenshots.
Terms and conditions, section 11 (Support, Disputes and Complaints) (opens in a new tab) checked 7 Oct 2026
  2. Give it time to decide. The AGCO says an operator's formal process can take up to 90 days.
  3. Escalate if it is not resolved. iGaming Ontario runs a dispute escalation form for players of regulated sites, and the AGCO takes complaints about operators breaking the rules through iAGCO. Neither can order a refund for you, but both can take the matter up with the operator. Complaints about self-exclusion, responsible gambling or advertising can go straight to the AGCO.

Frequently asked questions about Luxury Casino

What does Luxury Casino's Highest Win Rate footnote mean?

The FAQ footnote says Luxury offers the highest RTP version it receives from its software providers. It adds that this is not a warranty of a specific result and that results can vary.

How many games does Luxury Casino have in Ontario?

The Ontario homepage says over 1,000 games, with new games added every week. It doesn't split that total by studio, and the count includes table, video poker and live titles.

How long does a Luxury Casino withdrawal take?

Funds stay pending for 48 hours and are processed the following business day, and you can reverse the request until then. After processing, Visa or Mastercard takes 3 working days, e-wallets 1 to 3, CAD EFT 2 to 3, and direct bank transfer 6 to 10. On the published schedule a card cash-out takes roughly six to eight days end to end, and a first withdrawal by a new method can add 5 to 7 working days.

What is the minimum withdrawal and the bank transfer fee at Luxury Casino?

Most methods start at CAD 50; direct bank transfer and wire start at CAD 300. Direct bank transfer costs CAD 50, or CAD 100 above CAD 3,000, while CAD EFT is listed at no charge, which makes CAD EFT the sensible bank route.

Does Luxury Casino have an Ontario app for iPhone and Android?

Yes. Apple and Google Play both listed Luxury Casino Ontario from Apollo Entertainment Ltd on 6 October 2026, so older browser-only descriptions are out of date. The iPhone and iPad app needs iOS 16 or iPadOS 16, and the Ontario pages require players to be 19 or older.

Does Luxury Casino list a phone number for support?

No number is printed on the contact page. It lists live chat and email at support@crhelpdesk.com, and aims to process emails within 48 hours. The FAQ also mentions telephone queries.
