Pros and cons

  • More than 3,000 slots plus a LeoVegas Studios collection
  • Live table cards show provider and minimum stake before you open a game
  • Interac both ways, from CAD 20 for withdrawals
  • Interac eCashout capped at CAD 4,000 per request and published at up to five working days
  • Ontario help pages list only Interac and bank transfer for withdrawals
  • No Android app linked from the Ontario site
  • The general Canada payment page contradicts the Ontario Help Centre
  • The terms reserve a 5% charge on withdrawals of deposited funds not used at least once for gambling.

Who it suits: LeoVegas suits a player who wants a large slot catalogue and branded live tables in one Ontario account, deposits by Interac or card, and can live with Interac cash-outs capped at CAD 4,000 per request and published at up to five working days. It will frustrate anyone who wants a native Android app link, a quick large payout or a separate poker room.

Still unconfirmed

  • Whether an Android app is available to Ontario players, since the help article says one exists but the Ontario site links only the iPhone app.
  • Whether paysafecard is still accepted for Ontario deposits, as it was not named on the pages read on 7 October.
  • Which method, if any, can receive withdrawals beyond Interac and bank transfer, since the Ontario help pages list only those two.
  • How the 24-hour processing aim in the terms compares in practice with the five-working-day Interac eCashout window in the Help Centre.
  • A counted live-table total, given the homepage and the live page cite different figures.

Games at LeoVegas

Slots and LeoVegas Studios

The Ontario homepage lists more than 3,000 slots. The lobby divides them into popular games, new releases, classic slots, Megaways and jackpots, with a separate collection for LeoVegas Studios. Those categories give the catalogue some structure, particularly if you already know the format you enjoy.

Play’n GO’s Book of Dead and Pragmatic Play’s Sugar Rush Super Scatter are among the familiar names. The branded collection includes The Golden Lion and Hoodlums Bark City, giving you something to explore alongside the mainstream releases.

The Studios collection gives this part of the lobby a clearer identity: start there for titles carrying the LeoVegas name, then use the format categories for the wider catalogue.

Live tables and game shows

The Ontario live lobby covers blackjack, roulette, baccarat, poker-style games and game shows. Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and OnAir Entertainment appear in the LeoVegas-branded table selection, giving players a choice of studios within the Exclusive collection.

Some table cards display minimum stakes and seat availability before you open a game. In the public lobby on 8 September 2026, Exclusive Sports Speed Blackjack showed a CAD 5 minimum, while several other branded blackjack tables started at CAD 10. A re-check on 7 October 2026 showed different starting stakes on the featured cards, from $1 on an Evolution roulette table to $100 on private blackjack, so the figures rotate and the card in front of you is the one to trust. The live page headline cites 300+ live dealer tables, game shows and more, while the homepage FAQ refers to 100+ table games and variations; neither is a counted list. The screenshot below shows how LeoVegas presents its tables.

Showing both provider and starting stake on table cards is a useful touch. It lets a blackjack player narrow the selection before opening individual games.

Crazy Time and Sweet Bonanza Candyland broaden the choice for game-show fans. Live Ultimate Texas Hold’em is also listed. That is a casino poker game played against the dealer; LeoVegas’s Ontario pages do not list a separate poker room for player-versus-player cash games or tournaments.

Payment methods

Deposits and payment methods

Interac deposits start at CAD 10, with a listed maximum of CAD 3,000. Visa, Mastercard and Google Pay start at CAD 20 and have a higher deposit ceiling of CAD 7,500. These are the method-specific amounts in the Ontario payment guide.

The Ontario homepage payment list also names Apple Pay, MuchBetter and Neosurf, and paysafecard was listed in the earlier check but was not named on the 7 October pages. The Ontario help pages describe withdrawals by Interac and bank transfer only, so if you fund with one of the other methods, look at the cash-out options in the cashier before you deposit.

LeoVegas uses Gigadat to handle Interac transactions. Deposits use e-Transfer, while withdrawals use eCashout, with the payment sent to the email address associated with the casino account. That explains why the processor’s name may appear during banking.

Be careful which LeoVegas page you read. The brand's general Canada payment-methods page, which still appears in search results, describes a different cashier: Interac as deposit-only, MuchBetter withdrawals, lower card limits and a warning that Canada's big banks will not accept funds from gaming sites. The Help Centre's Canadian edition, which carries a Malta licence footer, likewise lists MuchBetter and Inpay withdrawals. The Ontario Help Centre articles linked above describe Interac eCashout withdrawals through Gigadat, and those are the rules for an Ontario account. If you plan to cash out to MuchBetter, confirm in the Ontario cashier that the option exists before depositing with it.

One practical warning from LeoVegas itself: some large Canadian banks block gambling transactions on cards, and the Ontario site suggests an e-wallet such as MuchBetter if a card deposit is refused.

Payouts and limits

Withdrawal times and limits

The Ontario Help Centre says Interac eCashout can take up to five working days to reach you, depending on your bank. Bank transfer is described as typically taking five business days. The shorter Interac deposit time, usually minutes, should not be mistaken for a withdrawal estimate.

Interac withdrawals run from CAD 20 to CAD 4,000. Bank transfer starts at CAD 75 and goes up to CAD 9,999. Interac’s lower minimum is more practical for smaller cash-outs; bank transfer accommodates a larger withdrawal. The Interac ceiling is low next to Bet365, which takes up to $10,000 per Interac request. At LeoVegas, a balance above CAD 4,000 means either several eCashout requests, each with its own wait, or a bank transfer that typically takes five business days.

The Ontario terms (clause 16.3) say LeoVegas will strive to process a withdrawal request within 24 hours and will complete it within five working days, subject to authorizations and verification. That is processing by the operator, so the Interac timing quoted by the Help Centre still applies on top. The terms also reserve a 5% charge, with a CAD 10 minimum, on withdrawals of deposited funds that have not been used at least once for gambling, which matters if you deposit and cash out without playing.

Verification can add its own wait. Opening an account takes a few minutes, but LeoVegas can ask for photo ID and proof of address before a withdrawal, and a payout can wait until those documents, or a newly added payment method, have been checked. Uploading your documents soon after sign-up is the simplest way to keep a withdrawal from stalling.

In practice Interac is faster than the five-day ceiling. Two independent Ontario reviews that deposited and withdrew in September and October 2026 report an Interac payout in about 30 hours, and a first cash-out held for roughly two days by the initial identity check, with later withdrawals quicker. Plan on the published limits, but expect the first payout to be the slow one.

Interac eCashout: up to 5 working days. Bank transfer: typically 5 business days. Operator-published
Notes
The terms say LeoVegas strives to process withdrawals within 24 hours and completes them within five working days, subject to verification. Interac eCashout can then take up to five working days to arrive. Photo ID and proof of address may be requested before a payout.

This is the operator's stated window, not a test result. Identity checks and your bank can add time.

Mobile app

iPhone app and mobile website

LeoVegas’s Ontario site links to an iPhone app and describes navigation between casino, live casino and sports, plus search by game or provider. The search is a useful feature for a catalogue this size, especially if you usually return to particular titles.

Play in a mobile browser is supported too. Android is less clear-cut: the Ontario homepage links only the iPhone app and gives no Google Play link, while the Ontario Help Centre says LeoVegas offers an app for iOS and Android devices. Until the Ontario site links an Android listing, the browser is the dependable route on Android. Not every store listing that uses the LeoVegas name comes from LeoVegas, so install only through a link on leovegas.com.

Safety and regulation

The Ontario operator

LeoVegas is available in Ontario's regulated iGaming market. TigerGen Limited operates its Ontario service. The Ontario help-page footer describes TigerGen as a registered agent of iGaming Ontario with a registered address in Sliema, Malta, and the terms name it as a Malta company. LeoVegas is part of MGM Resorts International; TigerGen is the operator named in the Ontario terms and regulatory information.

Complaints go first to LeoVegas support, which aims to reply within 10 days. If the issue is not resolved, the terms point players to iGaming Ontario's player support page, quoting the complaint reference number LeoVegas provides.

Ontario is LeoVegas' Canadian focus: when Alberta opened its regulated market on 13 July 2026, MGM kept LeoVegas out of the launch and paused new sign-ups there.

Customer support

Contacting LeoVegas

The Ontario homepage lists 24/7 support by online chat, email and a contact form. For Ontario, email support-on@leovegas.com or follow the chat route from its support page. The help article on contacting LeoVegas says chat can be unavailable at times, in which case you can leave a message for a later reply. A telephone number, +46 8 124 11 401, appears in the complaints clause of the terms; the 1-866-531-2600 number printed in the site footer is ConnexOntario, not LeoVegas support.

Chat is the channel for anything urgent, so be specific from the start. One independent review had chat answered within five minutes while email replies took six to twelve hours, so use email for sending documents rather than for anything time-sensitive.

For an Interac query, the Help Centre asks for the transaction date and time, amount, and reference number where available. That is the information to have ready when contacting the team about a missing payment.

Responsible gambling

Account limits and safer gambling

The Ontario product lists deposit, loss and time limits. The terms describe limit periods of 24 hours, 7 days or a month, time-outs from one day to three months, and self-exclusion from six months up to permanent, and the account settings add reality checks. The terms also name BetGuard, iGaming Ontario's central self-exclusion for all regulated sites, and say it does not change or cancel a LeoVegas exclusion, so the two run separately. LeoVegas also provides LeoSafePlay, with explanations of gambling controls and a self-assessment questionnaire.

Alternatives to LeoVegas

When to consider an alternative

For a dedicated poker room, compare the separate 888 Poker product. Our 888 Casino review explains the Casino, Poker and Sport offerings and how they are presented in Ontario.

BetMGM, part-owned by LeoVegas’s parent MGM Resorts, adds a poker room and sportsbook under one name and has native apps on both platforms. Its cashier is no faster on paper: every withdrawal there first waits through a review of up to 3–5 business days.

If a native Android app is essential, Spin Casino is worth comparing. Its apps are listed in both the Canadian App Store and Google Play.

LeoVegas verdict: a strong lobby, modest Interac payouts

LeoVegas makes a convincing case for players who spend as much time at live tables as they do on slots. Its Ontario casino combines familiar games with a dedicated LeoVegas Studios collection and a substantial selection of branded live tables.

Interac banking in both directions, an iPhone app and 24/7 support listed on the Ontario site cover the practical essentials. The reservations are on the cash-out side. Interac eCashout is published at up to five working days and capped at CAD 4,000 per request, so LeoVegas suits players who cash out modest amounts often more than anyone expecting a large single payout. The Ontario site also links no Android app. If the games are your priority, LeoVegas is a strong pick, provided the banking limits below fit how you play.

Complaints about LeoVegas

No complaints about LeoVegas have been published on OCL.

If something goes wrong with LeoVegas

  1. Complain to LeoVegas first, in writing. Contact customer support by email at support-on@leovegas.com or by phone at +46 8 124 11 401; keep the complaint reference number LeoVegas gives you. If unresolved, the terms (clause 22.7) point players to iGaming Ontario's player support page with that reference number. Ask for a complaint reference number and keep screenshots.
Published response time: Aims to reply within 10 days, unless outside factors cause delays.
Terms and conditions, section 22 (Complaints and Dispute Resolution) (opens in a new tab) checked 7 Oct 2026
  2. Give it time to decide. The AGCO says an operator's formal process can take up to 90 days.
  3. Escalate if it is not resolved. iGaming Ontario runs a dispute escalation form for players of regulated sites, and the AGCO takes complaints about operators breaking the rules through iAGCO. Neither can order a refund for you, but both can take the matter up with the operator. Complaints about self-exclusion, responsible gambling or advertising can go straight to the AGCO.
  4. Want it on the record? File a complaint with OCL: we send it to LeoVegas, publish the reply and help you escalate. OCL is not a regulator and cannot order a payment.
