Betano withdrawal time: a 24-hour operator step, then the bank or eCashout

The withdrawal article lists credit and debit cards at $10 to $50,000, Interac e-Transfer at $10 to $15,000, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal at $10 to $5,000 each, and e-Cashout at $10 to $25,000. Every band starts at $10, and Paysafecard is absent from the list. Lower ceilings still circulate, such as $3,000 for Interac or $9,999 for eCashout. The $3,000 figure is Betano's Interac deposit cap; the help article sets the cash-out ceilings above. Next to similar sports-first sites the ceilings are generous: PointsBet stops Interac withdrawals at $3,000, and BET99 prints no ceiling at all.

Betano says it processes a request within 24 hours and then sends it to the banking institution. eCashout may finish within a few minutes when the institution is on the real-time list, and otherwise takes 1–4 business days. That list includes Royal Bank of Canada, TD Bank, Scotiabank, BMO, CIBC and National Bank of Canada.

The deposit method shapes the payout route, which is the detail most worth knowing before the first deposit. Betano runs a closed loop: winnings go back to the method that funded them, or to a bank account in the customer's name. Its method table lists eCashout after every deposit type, next to the card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or e-Transfer route where one exists, and maps Interac and Paysafecard deposits to eCashout only. The eCashout article itself still says a previous Interac deposit is required, so check the cashier before relying on eCashout after another kind of deposit.

An e-Transfer cash-out needs an earlier Request Money deposit of any amount; its email address is filled from that deposit, cannot be edited, and the payment is released after internal checks. A card cash-out needs at least one earlier deposit on any method. After a prepaid-card deposit the payout goes by bank transfer through eCashout, and Betano may ask for a recent bank statement and a photo of the card. Anyone who deposits by several methods may have to withdraw back to each, and some methods may need a full or partial withdrawal before another opens.

For cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, Betano says most withdrawals go out instantly once a request shows Complete. Cards that support Visa Direct or Mastercard Send usually receive the money within minutes, others typically within 1 business day, and a weekend or holiday request may wait for the next working day. Plan on the 24-hour step plus the bank's own time.

A pending request can be cancelled from Transactions until it is approved, and the amount returns to the balance at once; the Withdrawal Request Cancellation setting can switch that option off. Requests of $10,000 or more show a mandatory checkbox confirming that the receiving account is the customer's own and not for a third party, a step Betano ties to Ontario rules.

Verification comes first, not after a win. Betano tries to confirm identity against the Canadian credit file at registration; if that fails, it asks for government photo ID, such as a passport, driver's licence, permanent resident card, Ontario Photo Card or NEXUS card, plus a liveness check, and the help centre says gaming is not available until verification succeeds. Documents must be current with all four corners visible, the personal details on the account have to match the ID exactly, and a withdrawal method may need its own proof. A later selfie request comes with a deadline; until it is met the account may be limited, and Betano says it reviews the selfie within 48–72 hours.
