Pros and cons
- Interac e-Transfer in both directions: CAD 5 to CAD 25,000 per deposit and CAD 1 to CAD 25,000 per withdrawal
- Dedicated Caesars Palace Online Casino iPhone app that names Ontario, plus an Android download from the Ontario site
- Caesars Rewards credits from online play can be redeemed at participating Caesars properties
- Cool-off from 1 to 90 days and Caesars self-exclusion up to permanent, alongside deposit, spend, loss, single-wager and time limits
- The Ontario terms cap transactions at CAD 10,000 a day, deposits and withdrawals combined.
- Up to 72 hours of internal processing before a withdrawal reaches the payment method.
- A card deposit lets Caesars refuse withdrawal requests for 14 days.
- Players must be 21+, above Ontario's 19+ threshold.
- No exact Ontario game count, studio roster or live-table limits are published.
Who it suits: Caesars suits a player aged 21 or over who wants a deep slots and live lobby, Interac in both directions and a Caesars Rewards link, and who can plan cash-outs around a 72-hour processing allowance and a CAD 10,000 daily transaction cap. It will frustrate anyone aged 19 or 20, anyone who wants a short or phone-backed support route, or anyone who expects to move a large win in one day.
Still unconfirmed
- Whether the payments page's withdrawal estimates (within an hour for many debit-card payouts, one to two business days for eCheck) count the up-to-72-hour internal processing in the terms or start after it.
- Which payment methods the signed-in Ontario cashier offers, since the payments page is shared with Caesars' other markets and lists methods such as Venmo and PayNearMe.
- How the CAD 10,000 daily transaction clause in the terms applies against the CAD 25,000 Interac limit on the payments page.
- The Ontario game total, studio roster and live-table stakes, none of which are published.
- Which phone number, if any, applies to Ontario players, since official pages show different numbers and the Ontario support hub lists none.
Games at Caesars
Games at Caesars Palace Online Casino
The game selection is the clearest reason to consider Caesars. Its Ontario site describes thousands of slots rather than publishing an exact catalogue total. Current Canadian app material names games such as Cash Eruption, 88 Fortunes, Cleopatra, Divine Fortune and Caesars-branded exclusives.
Table players are not limited to slots. Caesars publishes blackjack, roulette, baccarat and poker-style table games. The Ontario pages do not list a separate poker room where players compete against one another, so poker here means the table-game versions.

Payment methods
Deposits and payment methods
The Ontario payments page sets a CAD 5 minimum for digital deposits. Interac e-Transfer has the clearest Canada-specific limits: CAD 5 to CAD 25,000 per deposit transaction. Visa and Mastercard, debit cards, online banking, PayPal, Apple Pay and wire transfers also appear, but the page is shared with Caesars' other markets and mixes in methods that exist only for US accounts. Treat its method list as a menu across jurisdictions; the signed-in Ontario cashier is the list to trust.
Card direction matters. Eligible Visa and Mastercard debit cards can be used for withdrawals, while credit cards are described as deposit methods in Canada. Apple Pay is deposit-only: Caesars explicitly says it does not support Apple Pay withdrawals. Card funding carries a timing catch the payments page leaves out: the Ontario terms let Caesars decline any withdrawal request made within 14 days of a card deposit. A bank may also treat a credit-card gaming deposit as a cash advance and charge its own fee. If you might want to cash out within two weeks, Interac is the cleaner way to fund.

Payouts and limits
Withdrawals and timing
Interac e-Transfer withdrawals run from CAD 1 to CAD 25,000 per transaction. The player must first have deposited by Interac and must enable Auto Deposit with the same banking profile. Caesars does not publish a specific Interac delivery time. Its payments page, re-read on 13 October 2026, says many approved debit-card withdrawals post within an hour and that eCheck payouts generally take one to two business days, but it does not say whether those figures start before or after the internal processing below.
The timing rule sits in the Ontario terms: payments are made as soon as practicable, subject to up to 72 hours of internal processing, and a security review can add more. Only then does the payment method's own clock start. Online banking can take several business days, and where PayPal appears in the Ontario cashier, most approved PayPal withdrawals are described as arriving the same day. These are Caesars’ own estimates.
The CAD 25,000 Interac ceiling is less generous than it looks. The same terms say a player may not make more than CAD 10,000 of transactions in a day, counting deposits and withdrawals together. On the terms as written, a win above that cannot leave in one day, and a deposit made the same day uses up part of the allowance. The payments page does not mention the cap, but the terms are the governing document, so plan a withdrawal above CAD 10,000 as a series of daily requests.
Wire transfer is available through Ontario-specific request forms, with deposits starting at CAD 2,500. It is a specialist option rather than the obvious everyday choice.

The terms cap total transactions at CAD 10,000 a day, deposits and withdrawals combined, and let Caesars decline a withdrawal request made within 14 days of a card deposit. Apple Pay does not support withdrawals. Further identity documents can be requested at any time.

Mobile app
Mobile apps
The Canadian App Store lists a dedicated Caesars Palace Online Casino app for iPhone and explicitly names Ontario. The Ontario get-the-app page has separate Download iOS and Download Android buttons, so Android users can install from there; both buttons share one smart link that routes by device. The iPhone listing requires iOS 17.0 or later, names Computerized Bookmaking Systems, Inc. as the seller, and carries an Ontario notice that players must be 21 or older.
There is also a Caesars Sportsbook & Casino app whose Canadian listing includes casino games in Ontario. The two apps need not share the same navigation or game list. Whichever one you install, allow location access, because real-money play only opens while you are in Ontario.

Safety and regulation
Ontario status and the 21+ rule
iGaming Ontario lists Caesars for both casino and sports betting, and the Ontario terms identify American Wagering, Inc. as the contracting company. Those terms say the games are offered by the company as an agent for iGaming Ontario in the regulated market. The directory entry itself shows the Caesars brand and its Ontario link, so the company name here comes from the terms. The terms also send complaints in writing through the Caesars web form, and say a player unhappy with the decision can seek resolution with iGaming Ontario.
The age wording needs care. Ontario permits regulated online gambling from age 19, but Caesars excludes anyone under 21. For this product, the practical registration rule is therefore 21+, with players physically located in Ontario while gambling.
Identity is checked at registration rather than at the first cash-out. Many sign-ups clear through an electronic check, while some are asked to scan a driver's licence with their phone and add a selfie. The terms keep the right to ask for more at any time: copies of ID and of any payment card used, a photo of you holding your ID, and proof of address such as a recent utility bill or bank statement. Have those ready before a first large withdrawal, and expect a location prompt whenever you log in. The terms treat an account with no access for three years as dormant, with funds subject to unclaimed-property rules.

Interac e-Transfer deposits CAD 5–25,000 and withdrawals CAD 1–25,000 per transaction. Digital deposit minimum CAD 5; digital withdrawal minimum CAD 1. Wire transfers from CAD 2,500. Cool-off periods: 1, 7, 30, 60 or 90 days. Self-exclusion: 6 months, 1 year, 5 years or permanent. Caesars may use up to 72 hours for internal cash-out processing. The terms also mention a CAD 10,000 per-day aggregate transaction rule; that is contextual, not a per-method limit. Current Canadian app material names slot examples including Cash Eruption, 88 Fortunes, Cleopatra and Divine Fortune.
Customer support
Support: chat first, with phone numbers that vary by page
Caesars provides live chat and a web contact form. The current contact material directs players to chat as the first-line channel and describes support as available seven days a week, and the Ontario support hub goes further, saying chat is open 24/7. The Ontario hub lists no phone line or email address, and different official pages display different telephone numbers, so chat and the webform are the cleaner first-line channels.
For an account-specific question, such as how the daily transaction cap applies to a pending withdrawal, ask in chat and keep the transcript.

Responsible gambling
Limits, cool-offs and two kinds of exclusion
The Ontario responsible-gambling page documents daily, weekly and monthly deposit and spend limits, a single-wager limit, loss limits and a daily time limit. Cool-off periods are offered for 1, 7, 30, 60 or 90 days. Caesars also publishes brand-specific self-exclusion for six months, one year, five years or permanently.
BetGuard is separate from Caesars’ own exclusion. It is Ontario’s centralized program for excluding from all regulated online gambling in the province. Caesars also points Ontario players to ConnexOntario for free, confidential support. All of these controls sit in the account area. Limits can be reduced immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory waiting period that the page ties to Ontario regulatory requirements without stating its length. BetGuard can be reached at 1-833-776-7171, and ConnexOntario takes calls at 1-866-531-2600 or a text of CONNEX to 247247.

Alternatives to Caesars
Alternatives to Caesars
Caesars' second Ontario casino, Horseshoe Online Casino, is not a way around these rules. It runs on the same American Wagering terms, so the 21+ requirement, the 72-hour processing clause, the daily cap, the card hold, the Interac limits and the cool-off and exclusion menus are identical. The differences are product ones: Horseshoe is listed for casino only and ships a different app.
BetMGM is the obvious comparison for a big-brand casino with a loyalty link to land-based resorts, and it accepts players from 19. It adds a real poker room, but every BetMGM withdrawal first waits through an internal review of up to 3–5 business days.
BetRivers also follows the provincial 19+ threshold and keeps casino and sports in one app. It publishes less about withdrawal limits and timing than Caesars does, so it suits players who value the single app more than a written cashier rulebook.

Full review and detailed analysis
Caesars verdict: a deep lobby with restrictive cashier small print
Caesars Palace Online Casino is built for players who want one recognizable casino brand, a large game lobby and a loyalty program that reaches beyond online play. Interac e-Transfer is documented in both directions, and the Canadian App Store has a dedicated Caesars Palace casino app for iPhone.
The cashier is where Caesars needs the closest reading, because its own pages do not line up. The payments page allows Interac transactions up to CAD 25,000, but the Ontario terms, effective 20 April 2026, cap a player at CAD 10,000 of transactions per day, deposits and withdrawals counted together. The same terms allow up to 72 hours of internal processing before a withdrawal reaches the payment provider, and let Caesars refuse a withdrawal request made within 14 days of a card deposit. None of this rules Caesars out. It means the realistic plan is to fund by Interac, verify early and treat CAD 10,000 a day as the working ceiling, so a large win leaves over more than one day.
Who Caesars suits
Caesars makes the most sense for an Ontario player who values variety and already sees value in Caesars Rewards. The operator describes thousands of slots and names live blackjack, roulette, baccarat and game shows. It is also a practical fit if Interac is your preferred cashier route or if you want casino and sportsbook access under the Caesars brand.
It is less compelling for someone whose first priority is the shortest possible withdrawal path, or who expects to move five-figure sums in a single day. It is also not available to every adult who can legally gamble online in Ontario: the provincial threshold is 19, but Caesars sets its own minimum age at 21.
Caesars Rewards
Caesars Rewards is the product’s most distinctive feature. Online play can earn Reward Credits and Tier Credits, with redemptions extending to participating Caesars hotels, dining and entertainment. That connection may matter to an existing Caesars customer, but it should not be treated as a fixed cash value: earning rates, eligible play and redemption terms can change.
