Mr.Vegas Ontario review

3.6Editorial score, 3.6 out of 5

How we score

Mr.Vegas is available in Ontario's regulated iGaming market, run by Videoslots Ltd under its own registration, OPIG1273101. The search box reads 5,281 games from the same 159-studio menu as Videoslots. Deposits start at CAD 10 and withdrawals at CAD 20, and unlike the sister site's terms, clause 2.9 sets no fixed CAD 2.50 fee for a second withdrawal inside 24 hours.

Who wrote and checked this Mr.Vegas review?

Pros and cons

  • Clause 2.9 sets no fixed fee for a second withdrawal inside 24 hours, where the Videoslots copy of the same terms charges CAD 2.50.
  • Low published floors for every method: CAD 10 to deposit and CAD 20 to withdraw.
  • The whole 5,281-game lobby and the 159-studio menu are open before registration.
  • The 48-hour processing aim starts only once due-diligence documents are accepted, and a review of play can push it back.
  • Clause 2.14 still reserves an administrative charge when more than one withdrawal falls inside seven days, without printing the amount.
  • Self-exclusion closes only the Mr.Vegas account, not the Videoslots account run by the same company.
  • The public terms name no payment brands, and a Canadian App Store search returns no casino app from this operator.

Who it suits: The more sensible of the two Videoslots Ltd sites for players who cash out small sums often by a method other than bank wire. Clause 2.9 still allows a processing fee shown in the transaction box, so check it before each request.

Still unconfirmed

  • Which deposit and withdrawal brands the Ontario cashier shows after login.
  • Whether the transaction box shows any fee on a second same-day withdrawal by Interac or e-wallet.
  • What dollar amount, if any, the seven-day administrative charge in clause 2.14 uses.
  • Whether an iPhone or Android app exists for this Ontario casino.

Mr.Vegas game providers: 159 studios in the dropdown

The 5,281 figure is the text inside the search box, not a rounded estimate. The provider dropdown lists 159 studios, with labels such as Play N Go, Pragmatic, Relax Gaming, Inspired Gaming, Evolution and NetEnt. Image files on the grid carry studio prefixes too, for example playngo_ on Ghost Booster.

Jackpot labels on the home page include Links of Ra II King Millions and Gold Blitz King Millions. Return information stays on each game, and a Game payouts link sits in the header. Much larger totals quoted for the Mr Vegas brand tend to describe the international site, so the Ontario search box is the figure to use. Videoslots shares this same 159-name menu, so the sample stays on this page.

Payment methods

Mr.Vegas minimum deposit is CAD 10, and the terms don't list the payment brands

Clause 2.3 sets the minimum deposit at CAD 10. If a processing fee applies, Mr Vegas says it is disclosed when you deposit. Deposits are described as generally immediate, with the balance updating shortly after, and a delay at the payment provider is outside Mr Vegas's responsibility.

Deposits and withdrawals have to be in your own name, on a method Mr Vegas accepts, and methods belonging to someone else are refused. The public terms don't list those methods. Skrill appears only as an example of sending a withdrawal back to the method used to deposit.

Visa, Mastercard, Interac, Skrill, MuchBetter, Paysafecard and InstaDebit are the names most often tied to this cashier, the same set reported for Videoslots. Because the terms print none of them, treat the list in the cashier after login as the final word.

Payouts and limits

Mr.Vegas withdrawal fees: no fixed CAD 2.50 charge, but read the transaction box

The minimum withdrawal is CAD 20 for every method, bank transfers included. If you want to take out less, you're told to email on.support@mrvegas.com, and a processing fee of 3.95% applies.

Clause 2.9 lets you withdraw as often as you like above that minimum. Mr Vegas reserves the right to apply a processing fee, which has to appear in the transaction box before you confirm, and only a normal bank wire is promised free however often you use it that day. What the clause leaves out is the sentence in the Videoslots copy that fixes CAD 2.50 for a second withdrawal inside 24 hours. If you have seen that charge attributed to Mr.Vegas, it comes from the sister terms. Charged on a minimum-size payout, it would swallow an eighth of it, which makes it the most practical difference between the two brands. Before confirming a second request in a day, check the transaction box and cancel if a fee appears. The Videoslots review covers the other side.

Two other clauses matter. Clause 2.13 allows a fee of up to 3.95% when deposited funds are withdrawn without having been wagered. Clause 2.14 reserves an administrative charge, for example when more than one withdrawal falls inside seven days, but leaves the dollar amount to the site. Several withdrawals a week can therefore still cost something here, and one larger request remains the cheaper habit.

Clause 2.10 explains the paperwork. Identity is matched electronically where possible, with a passport or driving licence asked for when that fails. Once your accumulated transactions pass thresholds set by law or by AGCO and iGaming Ontario policy, the same clause allows a request for source-of-funds documents such as bank statements, employment information or tax declarations. That request can land at withdrawal time on an account that was never asked for anything at sign-up, and the 48-hour aim runs only once satisfactory documents are in, so heavier depositors should keep recent statements to hand.

The terms add that delays can be expected when play is reviewed before a withdrawal is authorized. After processing, e-wallets are usually quicker than cards or bank transfers. Up to CAD 30,000 goes back to the original payment method; above that, the terms require a bank transfer, arranged through on.support@mrvegas.com. A progressive jackpot of CAD 50,000 or more can take up to 30 working days before it can be withdrawn. After 12 months without a login, a CAD 1 charge applies each month while the account stays inactive.

Notes
Minimum withdrawal is CAD 20 for every method, including bank transfer. Below that, the player contacts on.support@mrvegas.com and a 3.95% processing fee applies. Clause 2.9 does not set a CAD 2.50 fee for a second withdrawal inside 24 hours. Any processing fee is shown in the transaction box, and a normal bank wire carries no fee from Mr Vegas however often it is requested that day. Clause 2.14 reserves an administrative charge when more than one withdrawal falls inside seven days, with the amount indicated on the site rather than printed in the clause. A fee of up to 3.95% can apply when deposited funds are withdrawn without having been wagered. After documents are received, Mr Vegas aims to process withdrawals within 48 hours and says delays can be expected when play is reviewed. Up to CAD 30,000 returns to the original method; above that, payment is by bank transfer. A progressive jackpot of CAD 50,000 or more can take up to 30 working days. An account with no login for 12 months is charged CAD 1 a month.

This is the operator's stated window, not a test result. Identity checks and your bank can add time.

Mr.Vegas mobile app: the terms mention one, but the store search doesn't show it

The Ontario website is the browser product, with CAD in the header. The Ontario terms also cover registration on the site or in its mobile application. A Canadian App Store search for the brand, dated 6 October 2026, returns unrelated titles rather than a casino app from Videoslots Ltd. No native iOS or Android app is documented for Ontario, so plan on the mobile browser.

Safety and regulation

Who operates Mr.Vegas in Ontario: Videoslots Ltd, registration OPIG1273101

Mr.Vegas operates in Ontario's regulated iGaming market. The iGaming Ontario player directory, filtered to Videoslots Ltd., shows two casino cards: Play Mr.Vegas, linking to the Ontario site, and Play Videoslots. It was checked on 6 October 2026.

The Ontario terms name Videoslots Ltd and registration OPIG1273101, issued on 9 September 2024. They say the site is conducted and managed by iGaming Ontario, with Mr Vegas appointed to operate the games as its agent. The footer pairs OPIG1273101 with a registered-agent date of 1 June 2023. The Malta office, The Space at Pieta, is written out in the Videoslots review.

Customer support

Mr.Vegas customer support: chat, a form and on.support@mrvegas.com

The contact page offers live chat, an email form and a talk option, and prints the office as Mr Vegas Ltd. The street address is the Pieta office written out in the Videoslots review. The Ontario terms and the responsible-gaming page give the email as on.support@mrvegas.com, including for a balance on a closed account and for lifting a self-exclusion once the period ends.

The header includes a Phone item, but no Ontario telephone number is printed beside the talk option; a phone conversation starts as a callback request, which the disputes section of the Ontario terms aims to answer within 24 hours. The same section aims to answer email within 48 hours and chat instantly, and promises a written reply to a formal complaint within 14 business days.

Chat is the route to try first; ask for a callback when a withdrawal question needs a longer conversation.

Responsible gambling

Responsible gambling at Mr.Vegas: limits, a lock and self-exclusion up to five years

The responsible-gaming page lists a wager limit, a deposit limit, a loss limit, a max-bet limit and a time-out limit on how long you stay logged in. In the Ontario terms, a decrease to a deposit, loss or wager limit takes effect after 24 hours, while an increase or removal takes effect after 7 days.

A short-term break is set under My Profile, then Responsible Gaming, using Lock account X Days. Durations are 24 hours, 1 week, 1 month, 2 months or 3 months, or a custom number of days you type in. The lock starts immediately, blocks login, deposit and play, and the account reopens when the period ends.

Self-exclusion can last six months, one year, two years, three years or five years, and it starts immediately. It applies only to the Mr Vegas account, which matters more here than at a stand-alone casino: Videoslots offers the same games from the same company under a separate account, and excluding on one site leaves the other open. To step away from both, exclude on each or use BetGuard, which the page points to for every regulated Ontario site, at BetGuard.ca and 1-833-776-7171. When a Mr Vegas exclusion ends, you contact on.support@mrvegas.com or live chat, answer reactivation questions, and wait a further 24 hours before access returns. ConnexOntario is 1-866-531-2600. Our responsible gambling guide explains the provincial routes, and a self-assessment test is on the page.

Alternatives to Mr.Vegas

Mr.Vegas, Videoslots or another Ontario casino: what to weigh

Between the two Videoslots Ltd sites, choose on the withdrawal clause rather than the games. The lobby, studio menu and safer gambling tools are effectively the same, and only Mr.Vegas leaves out the fixed CAD 2.50 charge on a second withdrawal in a day.

Against the wider Ontario market, the CAD 20 withdrawal floor is low and the gap is which brands take a deposit. For named card payout routes, compare the Golden Tiger review; for a payout timetable printed method by method, the Grand Mondial review, where withdrawals start at CAD 50 (CAD 300 by direct bank transfer) and requests are held for 48 hours before processing.

Mr.Vegas suits you if the open lobby and small, flexible cash-outs matter most. Look elsewhere if a named deposit brand or a native app listing has to be settled first.

Mr.Vegas in Ontario: Videoslots' sister site, with its own registration and a 5,281-game lobby

Mr.Vegas is the second Ontario casino of Videoslots Ltd. iGaming Ontario lists it as a separate casino card beside the sister site Videoslots, and the footer carries its own registration, OPIG1273101. Play is limited to adults aged 19 or older in Ontario, and the game grid is visible before you register.

The two sites share more than an owner. The provider menu holds the same 159 studios, the limits and lock periods match, and both Ontario terms are version 2.0, dated 20 April 2026. The lobbies are eight games apart: 5,281 here, 5,289 at Videoslots. One quirk: an Encore panel on this page lists buy-ins in euros while the header stays on CAD.

They part ways in the withdrawal fine print. Clause 2.9 here sets no fixed fee for a second withdrawal inside 24 hours, while the Videoslots copy charges CAD 2.50. Deposits start at CAD 10, withdrawals at CAD 20, and processing aims at 48 hours once documents are received. The deposit brands aren't named on those pages.

  1. Complain to Mr.Vegas first, in writing. Email on.support@mrvegas.com, use live chat or request a callback through mrvegas.ca/customer-service/contact-us/. Ask for a complaint reference number and keep screenshots.
Published response time: Live chat aims to answer instantly, email within 48 hours and callbacks within 24 hours; written response to a complaint within 14 business days.

  2. Give it time to decide. The AGCO says an operator's formal process can take up to 90 days.
  3. Escalate if it is not resolved. iGaming Ontario runs a dispute escalation form for players of regulated sites, and the AGCO takes complaints about operators breaking the rules through iAGCO. Neither can order a refund for you, but both can take the matter up with the operator. Complaints about self-exclusion, responsible gambling or advertising can go straight to the AGCO.
