Is Videoslots available in Ontario?
Videoslots is listed as active in Ontario's regulated iGaming market (status last checked 4 October 2026). Confirm the operator on the AGCO and iGaming Ontario registers before you sign up.
Can I use Interac at Videoslots?
Yes, for deposits and withdrawals. Limits and fees are set by the operator and your bank.
Who wrote and checked this Videoslots review?
Written by Adi Galatanu. Sources are listed at the bottom of the page.
Pros and cons
- The search box reads 5,289 games, and the open grid shows slots plus Crazy Time.
- The terms publish CAD 10 and CAD 20 as the deposit and withdrawal floors.
- The location check runs in the browser through GeoComply, with no extra download at login or registration.
- A normal bank wire carries no fee from Videoslots, however often it is requested.
- A second withdrawal inside 24 hours costs CAD 2.50 unless it goes by bank wire, a charge Mr.Vegas doesn't print.
- Clause 2.14 reserves an administrative charge for more than one withdrawal in seven days, with the amount left to the site.
- The 48-hour processing aim begins after documents and can slip if play is reviewed.
- Excluding here leaves a Mr.Vegas account from the same company untouched.
Who it suits: Fine for players who withdraw once a day or less, or by bank wire. Anyone who cashes out small sums several times a day will pay less at Mr.Vegas, which shares the game menu. The public pages don't name deposit brands, so anyone who needs that settled before registering will have to wait for the cashier.
Still unconfirmed
- Which brands the logged-in cashier offers for a deposit.
- Whether the cashier shows the CAD 2.50 line before a second same-day withdrawal is confirmed.
- Whether Videoslots publishes a native Ontario app under a name the Canadian store search didn't surface.
- What receipt time follows the 48-hour processing aim for an ordinary bank wire.

What's on the open grid: filters, tiles and a shared studio list
The 5,289 figure is the placeholder in the search box. The filter column runs through jackpots, slots, tables, video poker, other games and live casino, and the studio dropdown holds the same 159 names as the sister site. A sample of them, including Play N Go and Evolution, is in the Mr.Vegas review.
Tiles in view include Temple Tumble Megaways, Ghost Booster, Gates of Olympus, Sweet Bonanza 2500, Book of Dead and Book of Power. Several jackpot lines, among them 333 Boom Banks and Links of Ra II, share one dollar figure, so it isn't a separate prize on every row. Studio names aren't captioned under each tile, and every game keeps its own return information. Slots make up most of the lobby, with table games, jackpot slots and live dealer tables as the smaller sections.

Crazy Time, Ice Fishing and baccarat further down the grid
Live Casino is one of the sidebar filters. Lower on the public grid, tiles marked Evolution include Crazy Time, Ice Fishing and baccarat tables. The longer set of live labels in the category menu, from Live Baccarat and Live Roulette to Game Shows and Live VIP, matches the sister site and is listed in the Mr.Vegas review.
No single live-table minimum for the whole casino is printed. iGaming Ontario lists this brand as casino only.

Payment methods
Videoslots deposits start at CAD 10; withdrawals go back to the original method
The deposit floor is CAD 10, and any processing fee is disclosed at the deposit. The terms call deposits generally immediate and leave a delay at the payment provider outside Videoslots's hands.
You have to pay from a method Videoslots has approved, and the account must be in your name. The public terms don't give brand names for that cashier, and methods held by someone else are refused. Withdrawals go back to the original payment method up to CAD 30,000. Beyond that, payment is by bank transfer and you write to on.support@videoslots.com.
The cashier is generally described as offering Interac, Instadebit, Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, MuchBetter and Paysafecard, with deposits landing instantly. Per-method ceilings and the final list of brands are shown after login.

Payouts and limits
The CAD 2.50 fee for withdrawing twice in 24 hours, and the bank-wire exception
Bank transfers use the same CAD 20 floor as every other method. A smaller request goes through on.support@videoslots.com, with a processing fee of 3.95%.
Clause 2.9 holds two sentences that look as if they collide. The first charges CAD 2.50 if you withdraw more than once in a 24-hour period. The second says all withdrawals by normal bank wire are free however many times you withdraw in a day. The workable reading is that the bank-wire sentence is the exception: a second Interac, card or e-wallet withdrawal inside 24 hours pays CAD 2.50, and a second bank wire doesn't. Your own bank may still add a charge.
The fee is small in dollars and large in proportion. On a CAD 20 withdrawal it takes an eighth, so splitting small cash-outs across one day is the expensive habit; one request a day, or waiting until the 24 hours have passed, avoids it. Clause 2.14 can stack on top, reserving an administrative charge when more than one withdrawal falls inside seven days, at an amount the terms leave to the site. The Mr.Vegas terms, issued as the same version on the same date, keep the bank-wire line and drop the CAD 2.50 sentence; the Mr.Vegas review shows that side.
Under clause 2.10, identity is matched electronically where possible, with a passport or driving licence as the fallback, and completed verification is a precondition for moving money. Larger accumulated transactions can bring a request for source-of-funds documents such as bank statements, and the 48-hour processing aim runs only after documents are in. A review of play can push a request past that aim. Delivery after processing depends on the method; the terms set no timetable for it, and the windows quoted for the brand vary too widely to plan around, so the cashier status is the better guide. Progressive jackpots of CAD 50,000 or more may be held for as long as 30 working days. An account with no login for 12 consecutive months is charged CAD 1 a month until it is used again.

- Notes
- The minimum withdrawal is CAD 20, including bank transfers. A request under that amount goes through on.support@videoslots.com and a 3.95% fee. Clause 2.9 charges CAD 2.50 if the player withdraws more than once in a 24-hour period. The same clause says a normal bank wire carries no fee from Videoslots, however often it is requested. After due-diligence documents are in, Videoslots aims to process withdrawals within 48 hours, and a review of play can push a request past that aim. Up to CAD 30,000 returns to the original method. Above that, payment is by bank transfer. A progressive jackpot of CAD 50,000 or more may wait up to 30 working days before withdrawal. Twelve months without a login draws a CAD 1 monthly charge while the account stays inactive.
This is the operator's stated window, not a test result. Identity checks and your bank can add time.
Mobile app
Videoslots app: a browser location check, and no store app in the results
A GeoComply dialog on the public site says GeoComply NDBS, a no-download browser solution, runs in your browser during login and registration, with no extra download. The Ontario terms cover an account opened on the Ontario website and one opened in a mobile application. The Canadian App Store search for Videoslots, dated 6 October 2026, returned no casino app from this operator, so the browser is the route to use on a phone. Location services need to be on, or the browser check can stop registration. No native iOS or Android app is documented for Ontario.

Safety and regulation
Videoslots Ltd, registration OPIG1267597, issued 9 September 2024
Videoslots Ltd is incorporated in Malta, and the Ontario terms place its registered office at The Space, Level 2 and 3, Alfred Craig Street, Pieta PTA 1320. Registration OPIG1267597 was issued on 9 September 2024, and the footer repeats it while dating the iGaming Ontario agency relationship from 1 June 2023. The terms say iGaming Ontario conducts and manages the site, with Videoslots named as the agent operating the games.
Videoslots is available in Ontario's regulated iGaming market. As checked on 6 October 2026, the player directory lists it as a casino, separate from Mr.Vegas, with the Play link going to the Ontario site. Only adults 19 or older who are physically in Ontario may play. The two-card directory view is on the Mr.Vegas review.

Customer support
Contacting Videoslots: chat, an email form and on.support@videoslots.com
Chat and Phone both appear in the header. The contact page lists live chat, an email form and a talk option, and the office line reads Videoslots Ltd at The Space, Level 2 and 3, Alfred Craig Street, Pieta PTA 1320. No Ontario telephone number is printed there.
The contact page prints no chat hours or reply time for live chat. The terms set a 48-hour reply target for email and a 24-hour target for a callback request.
The terms use on.support@videoslots.com for a withdrawal under the minimum and for a request to reopen after self-exclusion. Live chat is the other route named for that request.

Responsible gambling
Responsible gambling tools at Videoslots, and BetGuard for the whole province
You can cap deposits, losses, wagers, the size of a single bet, and how long a session stays logged in. The waiting periods match Mr.Vegas: 24 hours to decrease a deposit, loss or wager limit, and 7 days to increase or remove one. The click-path for the lock is in the Mr.Vegas review.
A short lock can run for 24 hours, one week, one month, two months or three months, or a custom number of days. It takes effect at once: login, deposits and play stop, and the account returns by itself when the time ends.
Self-exclusion runs from six months to five years (six months, one year, then two, three and five years), binds the Videoslots account only and starts immediately. That boundary stops at this brand: Mr.Vegas carries the same games under the same owner but is a separate account, so a player who wants out of both has to exclude on each site or use BetGuard, the provincial opt-out at BetGuard.ca or 1-833-776-7171. Reopening goes through on.support@videoslots.com or live chat, and after the reactivation questions the terms add another 24 hours. The footer asks players to call ConnexOntario on 1-866-531-2600. The page also names GamBlock for site-blocking software, and our responsible gambling guide sets out the provincial routes.

Alternatives to Videoslots
Videoslots or another Ontario casino? Start with the 24-hour fee
The nearest alternative is the sister site Mr.Vegas: same company, same 159 studios, a lobby eight games smaller, and no CAD 2.50 sentence in its clause 2.9. For small withdrawals taken more than once a day, it is the cheaper of the two on paper.
If you want payout times published method by method, read the Jackpot City review. If you're weighing an app listing against the banking terms, the Captain Cooks Casino review records an Ontario Android app and a CAD 50 withdrawal minimum.
Videoslots works when the open lobby and the CAD 10 and CAD 20 figures are enough and you withdraw once a day or by bank wire. Look elsewhere if the deposit brand has to be named first.

Videoslots in Ontario: 5,289 games and a CAD 2.50 withdrawal fee
Videoslots is its own Ontario casino, separate from Mr.Vegas although the same company runs both. The header control is set to CAD, and the footer gives registration OPIG1267597 and limits play to people 19 and older in Ontario.
The search field reads 5,289 games. A deposit can't be under CAD 10 and a withdrawal can't be under CAD 20. Withdrawing more than once inside 24 hours costs CAD 2.50 unless the money goes by normal bank wire, and that sentence is the main thing separating these terms from the Mr.Vegas copy of the same version. Once due-diligence documents are in, Videoslots states an aim of processing within 48 hours, and a review of play can push a request past it.

AGCO Ontario terms and conditions, section 7 (Disputes) (opens in a new tab) checked 7 Oct 2026 - Give it time to decide. The AGCO says an operator's formal process can take up to 90 days.
- Escalate if it is not resolved. iGaming Ontario runs a dispute escalation form for players of regulated sites, and the AGCO takes complaints about operators breaking the rules through iAGCO. Neither can order a refund for you, but both can take the matter up with the operator. Complaints about self-exclusion, responsible gambling or advertising can go straight to the AGCO.
