Pros and cons
- Published 1,000+ catalogue with slots, tables and live dealer
- Official Ontario apps on Google Play and the Canadian App Store
- A public FAQ lists the Canada cash-out methods, minimums and fees, including fee-free CAD EFT
- The 48-hour hold and next-business-day processing both come before any delivery clock starts.
- Interac is deposit-only, and the Canada list limits card payouts by OCT to Visa cardholders.
- No public live-casino row: tables and stakes show only after login.
- Direct bank transfer needs CAD 300 minimum, carries a CAD 50 fee (CAD 100 above CAD 3,000) and is published at 6–10 working days.
- The terms include a CAD 4,000 weekly withdrawal clause for accounts whose winnings far exceed their purchases
Who it suits: Suits a player who reads the terms first, moves between slots and tables, and cashes out by Visa, CAD EFT or Skrill. Not for anyone who needs Interac withdrawals, quick access to winnings, or a look at the live tables before signing up.
Still unconfirmed
- Which live tables and stakes the logged-in lobby holds, since the public pages show no table list.
- Whether Mastercard payouts run through a card route or CAD EFT, as the FAQ names Visa OCT but lists Mastercard only in the timing table.
- The minimum deposit per method, since the FAQ and terms give a CAD 10 figure only with the new-customer offer.
- How the CAD 4,000 weekly withdrawal clause in the terms is applied in practice.
- The full studio roster, as the games page prints no provider list.
Games at Grand Mondial
A published 1,000+ catalogue with traditional casino depth
Grand Mondial says it offers more than 1,000 casino games and adds new titles monthly. The useful part is the range around that number: slots, blackjack, roulette and video poker each have dedicated sections, and the Ontario Android listing also names craps and baccarat.
The catalogue leans into classic casino formats rather than a single speciality. That makes Grand Mondial a more natural fit for someone who moves between reels and tables than for a player looking only for a modern slot discovery interface. The games page read on 7 October prints no studio list. Progressive titles such as Mega Moolah, Immortal Romance Mega Moolah and Maple Moolah are Games Global releases, Pragmatic Play and Evolution were named in the earlier check of the public pages, and none of those is a complete roster. The Google Play listing adds poker, craps, Megaways and Link & Win style games to the description.

Live casino at Grand Mondial
Live casino is confirmed, including the three core tables
The operator's games page confirms live dealer play on popular table games. The Canadian Google Play listing (updated 17 September 2026) goes further, naming live blackjack, roulette and baccarat and describing live dealer availability around the clock. Together, those two official sources support the category and the main table families.
What the public pages don't show is the lobby itself: no table count, stake range or studio-by-table map. Within the Apollo group that is a real difference. Captain Cooks, Golden Tiger and Casino Classic put a 12-tile Pragmatic Play Live row in front of logged-out visitors; Grand Mondial asks you to register before you see a single table. If live play is the main reason you're choosing, look through the logged-in lobby before the first deposit.

Payment methods
The cashier documents cards and CAD EFT most clearly
The Ontario FAQ documents Interac for deposits and separately lists the Canadian withdrawal routes as Visa OCT, CAD EFT/eCheck and Skrill. Its payout timetable also names Mastercard. The safest reading is method by method: Interac appears as a deposit method but not in the withdrawal list; Visa (through OCT), CAD EFT and Skrill are on the Canadian cash-out list; Mastercard appears only in the timing table. Neither the FAQ nor the terms set a general minimum deposit: the CAD 10 figure appears only with the new-customer offer, so the cashier shows the actual minimum for each method.
Two lines in that FAQ are easy to miss. The Interac note says deposits processed by PayDirect Billing Solutions Inc. come with that firm's terms of use, so the Interac leg runs through a payment processor rather than the casino itself. And the Canada cash-out list says OCT is for Visa cardholders only, while the delivery table also gives Mastercard three working days. Golden Tiger's terms on the same platform describe a Mastercard Payment Transaction route, but Grand Mondial's own list doesn't, so a Mastercard depositor should check the cashier or plan on CAD EFT.

Payouts and limits
The 48-hour pending period matters more than the headline delivery time
Grand Mondial holds every withdrawal in pending for 48 hours and processes it on the following business day. During that pending window, the request can be reversed and returned to the playing balance. Only after processing does the method-specific delivery clock begin.
The published delivery ranges are one to three working days for e-wallets, two to three for CAD EFT/eCheck, three for Visa and Mastercard, and six to ten for direct bank transfer. The verification line is worded by method: players who haven't previously been paid through a method face extra checks of up to five to seven working days. That applies again if you switch, say from a card to CAD EFT, after your first payout. Those figures should not be compressed into a single promise: the fastest range applies to an e-wallet after processing, while the slowest bank route can extend well beyond the initial hold.
This is not a fast-cashout casino, but it publishes the stages instead of hiding them behind a vague “processing time” label.
Minimums and fees depend on the bank route
The general minimum withdrawal is CAD 50, while direct bank transfer starts at CAD 300. Grand Mondial publishes no fee for CAD EFT and other standard methods. Direct bank transfer carries a CAD 50 charge, increasing to CAD 100 for withdrawals above CAD 3,000.
That makes direct bank transfer the least attractive documented option for a modest withdrawal: it has the highest minimum, the longest published delivery range and the only material fee. Card, eCheck or an available e-wallet is likely to be the more practical route, subject to what the cashier actually offers on the player's account.
- Published payout window
- 48-hour pending hold, then processing on the following business day; e-wallets 1–3 working days, Visa/Mastercard 3, CAD EFT/eCheck 2–3, direct bank transfer 6–10; first-method verification may add 5–7 working days Operator-published
- Notes
- Withdrawals sit pending for 48 hours (reversible until processed) and are processed on the following business day, Monday to Friday. Delivery then runs 1-3 working days for e-wallets, 2-3 for CAD EFT/eCheck, 3 for Visa and Mastercard and 6-10 for direct bank transfer, and a first payout through a method can add 5-7 working days of checks.
This is the operator's stated window, not a test result. Identity checks and your bank can add time.
Mobile app
Official Ontario apps on Android and iPhone
Google Play lists Grand Mondial Casino Ontario under Apollo Entertainment Ltd. The listing identifies it as a real-money Ontario product, names the casino and live-table categories and was updated in September 2026. That establishes a native Android app, not merely a browser shortcut or an unrelated social casino.
The iPhone gap has closed. Grand Mondial Casino Ontario is also listed in the Canadian App Store under Apollo Entertainment Ltd, with a description that limits real-money play to players 19 and over (Apple's own age rating is 18+) and carries the ConnexOntario helpline. The website still works on phones and tablets for anyone who would rather not install anything.

Safety and regulation
Apollo Entertainment Ltd operates Grand Mondial in Ontario
Grand Mondial is available in Ontario's regulated iGaming market. iGaming Ontario lists the site in the Casino category, and its operator, Apollo Entertainment Ltd, is registered with the AGCO and operates in Ontario's regulated iGaming market under an agreement with iGaming Ontario.
Shared ownership shows up in practice. The support address, the withdrawal rules in the terms (a CAD 50 minimum, business-day processing and a CAD 4,000 weekly clause) and the safer-gambling menu are the same across Apollo's Ontario brands, and Apollo's terms describe a Global Account that links sub-accounts across them. Complaints follow three steps in the terms: contact the 24/7 support team, then email complaints@crhelpdesk.com for review by a solutions specialist, and finally bring the dispute to iGaming Ontario. The terms give no fixed response time. What differs is the front end: Grand Mondial keeps the older, text-led site and the public FAQ, while three sisters share a newer tile-based lobby.
The AGCO fined Apollo Entertainment Ltd CAD 100,000 on 10 August 2023 for failures against its responsible-gambling standards. The notice cites missed interventions with players who may have been experiencing gambling-related harm, an inadequate voluntary self-exclusion program, insufficient tools for setting financial and time limits, and staff who did not fully understand responsible gambling. It does not name individual brands, and it says Apollo had already taken significant steps to strengthen its controls.

Customer support
Live chat and email support
Grand Mondial maintains a 24/7 support centre for live chat and email queries. The contact page positions live chat as the route for an immediate conversation and says email responses are normally processed within 48 hours. The displayed address is support@crhelpdesk.com.
No public telephone number appears on the contact page, so live chat and email are the practical channels. The email form is split by topic, including withdrawals and account verification. For a withdrawal query, chat is the faster of the two; email suits anything that needs documents attached.

Responsible gambling
The control menu covers both spending and time
Grand Mondial allows daily, weekly and monthly deposit, loss and logged-in duration limits. Reductions can be selected through the software or support. A request to increase or remove one of those limits waits 24 hours before taking effect.
Take a Break is separate from self-exclusion. The temporary choices run from 24 hours through three months. Self-exclusion starts at six months and extends through one, two, three, four or five years; once applied, the operator says it cannot be reversed. The page also links to BetGuard for exclusion across regulated Ontario operators.
For independent help, ConnexOntario is available around the clock at 1-866-531-2600, by text at 247247 and through its website. Our responsible gambling guide explains how account limits, a temporary break, operator self-exclusion and BetGuard differ.

Alternatives to Grand Mondial
Grand Mondial rewards players who plan their withdrawals
Grand Mondial suits an Ontario player who wants a published 1,000+ conventional casino menu, plays both slots and tables, uses cards or Canadian bank transfer and prefers having the withdrawal rules visible before registering. Android and iPhone users both get a native app rather than a home screen shortcut.
Pass on it if you prioritize quick withdrawals, a broad modern wallet selection or a lobby, live tables included, that can be browsed before sign-up. The 48-hour reversible hold is the decisive limitation. If access to winnings matters more than catalogue size, that trade-off should outweigh the 1,000+ headline.
Two alternatives with different strengths
Casino Classic is the closest comparison within the same operator family. It runs on the same Apollo cashier but publishes no withdrawal timetable of its own, and has native apps on iPhone and Android, but it sits on the newer template: a public Pragmatic Play Live row and branded exclusives you can browse, no catalogue total and no public FAQ. Choose Grand Mondial for the written rules, Casino Classic for the visible lobby.
Casino Time is the contrast for players who want bingo and Interac in both directions. It has no fixed 48-hour hold: its help centre says most Interac withdrawals reach the bank in under 30 seconds in normal cases, with stated exceptions. It has no native app, though, and runs on phones through a browser shortcut, so Grand Mondial keeps the edge for app play.

Full review and detailed analysis
Grand Mondial: an Apollo site that still prints its cashier rules
Grand Mondial is easier to recommend for transparency than for speed. The operator publishes a catalogue of more than 1,000 games, with slots, blackjack, roulette, video poker and live dealer play all represented, and its FAQ explains the withdrawal sequence in detail. That page is rarer than it should be. On 6 October 2026 the FAQ addresses of Captain Cooks, Golden Tiger and Casino Classic returned errors, while Grand Mondial's still listed the Canada withdrawal methods, the hold, delivery times, minimums and fees. Because the cashier is shared, it is also the clearest written statement of how those sister sites pay out.
The main drawback is the mandatory 48-hour pending period. Processing begins on the following business day, then the payment network adds its own delivery time.
The product is broader than the old-fashioned website suggests
The public Grand Mondial website feels like an earlier generation of online casino design: a compact navigation bar, large panels and separate pages for each game type. The route is still easy to follow, with direct links to games, banking answers, support and safer-gambling controls.
The template changes what you can see. Captain Cooks, Golden Tiger and Casino Classic share a newer homepage built from rows of game tiles, including a streamed Pragmatic Play Live row. Grand Mondial's homepage is mostly text: it promises over 1000 games and names Games Global progressives such as Mega Moolah and Major Millions 5 Reel Progressive, with the category sections on a separate games page. You can read more of the rules here and see fewer of the games.
