Pros and cons
- Official Ontario apps for iPhone and Android
- Public slot and live-casino selection with a clear RTP policy
- The terms name the documents: photo ID, proof of payment-account ownership and proof of residence no older than three months
- Interac is listed for deposits but is not named for withdrawals.
- No payout timetable on Casino Classic's own pages; the terms promise only business-day processing, and weekends and public holidays may not be processed.
- No public FAQ (the address returns an error), and neither the terms nor the homepage print a minimum deposit.
- CAD 50 minimum withdrawal, with a qualified CAD 4,000 weekly clause where winnings are substantially greater than purchases across Casino Rewards partner casinos.
- Activity is linked to Apollo's other Ontario brands through a Global Account.
Who it suits: Suits a casino-first player who wants native apps and will have photo ID and a recent utility bill or bank statement ready at sign-up. Not the pick for two-way Interac, a quick cash-out, or a lobby that differs from its Apollo sisters.
Still unconfirmed
- What minimum deposit does the logged-in cashier show for each method?
- Does the signed-in lobby differ from Captain Cooks' and Golden Tiger's, or only the public rows?
- How long a withdrawal takes by method on Casino Classic itself; the per-method schedule is printed on sister sites such as Grand Mondial.
- Whether Interac or Skrill can receive a withdrawal; the Ontario pages document them for deposits only.
- Which email address and reply time apply to support; the contact page names no readable address or response target.
Games at Casino Classic
Slots and branded games
The Ontario homepage is organized into Most Popular Games, New Releases, Exclusive & Early Access and Live Casino. The first shelf carries familiar feature slots, while Reels Avenue, Wild Tomb, Happy Dragon and Big Bass Race Day showed that the release feed was current on the day of review.
The exclusives make the stronger impression: Rewards City, Casino Rewards VIP, Casino Rewards Gold Blitz Ultimate and Casino Rewards Hyperstar. That identity belongs to Casino Rewards, not to Casino Classic. On 6 October 2026 Captain Cooks and Golden Tiger showed the same exclusives row, and the same popular, new-release and live rows in the same order, so don't expect a different shelf at the sister sites. One official page says there are hundreds of slots; app-store artwork promotes more than 1,000 games without defining what is counted. Those two scopes cannot be turned into one exact total, so judge the shelves, not the number.

Live casino at Casino Classic
Live casino is a proper section, not a checkbox
This is not a case where “live casino” exists only as a directory label. Blackjack 14 Gold, Baccarat 3 and Fortune Roulette cover the three expected table families, while Mega Wheel, Boom City, Sweet Bonanza CandyLand and Dice City add studio game shows. Every tile in the grid is a Pragmatic Play Live game, with a Pragmatic Play Live Games lobby tile alongside.
Jacks or Better Draw Poker sits in the same grid. That title belongs to the casino-table side of the site; it should not be mistaken for a multiplayer poker room. The logged-out view did not expose table limits, open seats or every table available after sign-in.

Payment methods
Pick the cash-out route before the first deposit
The accepted Ontario banking record confirms deposits by Interac, Visa, Mastercard, Skrill and eCheck. Of those, Visa, Mastercard and eCheck are the routes for which money-out support is also documented. Casino Classic's Ontario pages do not say whether Interac or Skrill can receive a withdrawal, so neither should be assumed to work both ways.
Casino Classic publishes no general minimum deposit: on 6 October 2026 neither its Ontario terms nor its homepage printed one, and the only deposit figure on the homepage belonged to a new-customer marketing line. The CAD 1 minimum often quoted for the brand is something to check in the cashier, not to plan around.
Choose the return route before making the first payment. Interac is convenient for funding, but nothing on the public pages shows it receiving the eventual cash-out. A card or eCheck has the clearer round trip here, although verification and processor conditions can still apply. The terms also reserve the right, and in many cases the obligation, to pay withdrawals back to accounts already used for deposits.
On the Ontario site, published accounts suggest identity checks often come at sign-up rather than at the first withdrawal. The terms list proof of ID, proof of ownership of the payment account and proof of residence no older than three months, so a recent utility bill alongside a passport or driver's licence covers the usual request.

Payouts and limits
How long can a Casino Classic withdrawal take?
Casino Classic's own pages no longer answer that. Its FAQ address returned an error on 6 October 2026, and the current terms say only that withdrawals are generally processed on standard business days, Monday to Friday. They put the withdrawal floor at CAD 50 and permit checks on identity, address and ownership of the payment method, so a weekend, public holiday or document request can stretch the elapsed time.
For a sense of how the shared Apollo cashier has behaved, sister site Grand Mondial still prints its schedule: 48 hours pending, next-business-day processing, then one to three working days for wallets, three for cards, two to three for CAD EFT and six to ten for a direct bank transfer. The same FAQ sets direct bank transfer at a CAD 300 minimum with a CAD 50 fee, or CAD 100 above CAD 3,000, and warns of up to five to seven working days of extra checks the first time a player is paid through a method. None of that appears on Casino Classic's pages, so use it as a reference point and confirm the figures in the cashier.
Large balances need one further reading of the small print. If winnings substantially exceed total purchases across Casino Rewards partner casinos, a qualified clause allows payments to be limited to CAD 4,000 per week and lets the operator vary that amount. The terms also allow source-of-funds checks. This is not the standard cap for every player, but it can change how an unusually large win is released.
- Published payout window
- Casino Classic publishes no withdrawal timetable (FAQ page returned 404 on 2026-10-06); terms: withdrawals generally processed on business days, Monday to Friday. Sister brand Grand Mondial's FAQ prints the shared Apollo schedule (48-hour pending, next business day, 1–10 working days by method). Editor research
- Notes
- The terms (updated 2026-07-20) set a CAD 50 minimum withdrawal and say withdrawals are generally processed on standard business days, Monday to Friday, and may not be processed on public holidays and weekends. Visa Original Credit Transactions, Mastercard, bank accounts and e-wallets are referenced as withdrawal routes. The operator may ask for ID, proof of payment-account ownership and proof of address no older than three months, and reserves source-of-funds checks. Interac is listed for deposits only. A qualified CAD 4,000 weekly clause applies where winnings are substantially greater than total purchases across Casino Rewards partner casinos. No payout timetable is published on Casino Classic's own pages (FAQ address returned 404 on 2026-10-06 and again for the sister brand on 2026-10-07).
This is the operator's stated window, not a test result. Identity checks and your bank can add time.
Mobile app
Native apps for iPhone and Android
Casino Classic supports mobile-browser play and now has official Canadian store listings on both platforms. The iPhone and iPad app is listed under Apollo Entertainment Ltd, as is the Android app. Both listings describe the real-money Ontario casino, rather than a social or rewards-only companion. The App Store entry asks for iOS 16.0 or later, and the Google Play listing was last updated on 17 September 2026.
Browser access remains for players who prefer not to install anything.

Safety and regulation
The Apollo network matters to the decision
Casino Classic is available in Ontario's regulated iGaming market. iGaming Ontario's directory, which states it is accurate as of 1 September 2026 and was re-read on 7 October 2026, lists it as a casino website. The terms name Apollo Entertainment Limited, a Maltese-registered company, as operator, and the footer says Apollo is regulated by the AGCO and operates under an agreement with iGaming Ontario. The directory shows no operator column, so the entity comes from Casino Classic's own terms. Real-money play is limited to people aged 19 or over who are physically inside Ontario. Complaints go first to the 24/7 support team; if unresolved, the terms point to complaints@crhelpdesk.com and, ultimately, iGaming Ontario.
The practical operator detail is its “Global Account.” Apollo's terms say sub-accounts across its Ontario casino brands feed into that structure, where deposits, losses, wagers and safer-gambling settings are managed. It does not establish that every sister site shares one login. It does establish that activity at Casino Classic is not administratively isolated from Golden Tiger, Captain Cooks, Grand Mondial, Luxury, Yukon Gold and Zodiac.
Apollo Entertainment Ltd was fined CAD 100,000 by the AGCO on 10 August 2023 for falling short of its responsible-gambling standards. The regulator listed missed interventions with players who may have been experiencing gambling-related harm, a voluntary self-exclusion program that was not adequate, insufficient tools for setting financial and time limits, and staff who did not fully understand responsible gambling. The notice names no brands and records that Apollo had already taken significant steps to tighten its controls.

Customer support
Support is available around the clock
The Ontario contact page links directly to live chat and states 24/7 availability. The page also displays an email option but no phone line, and it sets no reply-time target for either channel, so the useful fact is continuous access to chat, not a promise about resolution speed.

Responsible gambling
Deposit, loss and time controls
The controls go beyond a deposit ceiling. Players can set daily, weekly or monthly boundaries for deposits, losses and time logged in. A request to raise or remove one of those boundaries waits 24 hours, which gives the restriction value precisely when an impulsive change is most likely.
Short breaks run from 24 hours through three months, with fixed choices of 24 hours, 48 hours, 1, 2 or 3 weeks, 1 month, 6 weeks, 2 months and 3 months. The stronger self-exclusion option starts at six months and runs as far as five years; Casino Classic says it cannot be reversed after activation. BetGuard, on 1-833-776-7171, is provided for exclusion across Ontario-regulated operators.

Alternatives to Casino Classic
A browse-first casino with a slow exit
It suits a casino-first player who wants to browse recognizable slots and live tables before registering, values native apps on both platforms and understands why game-level RTP configuration matters. The branded Casino Rewards titles are part of the appeal, though Captain Cooks and Golden Tiger carry them too.
Skip it if Interac withdrawals are essential, a CAD 50 minimum is too high, or a payout timetable in writing matters to you. It is also a poor fit for anyone looking for sports betting or a peer-to-peer poker room; the public Casino Classic material shows neither.
Bet365 or Golden Tiger instead?
Bet365 is the stronger comparison when banking speed and Interac in both directions matter. It publishes a much shorter withdrawal window and combines casino with sports, although its Apple Pay cash-out information remains conflicted.
Golden Tiger is the sister site to weigh it against, and the gap is smaller than the branding suggests: the same homepage tiles on 6 October 2026, apps for both phones, and, like Casino Classic, no payout timetable of its own since its FAQ went offline. Choose between them on the deposit floor the cashier shows and the app you prefer, not on the games.

Full review and detailed analysis
Casino Classic: clear rules on a lobby it shares
Casino Classic is one of those brands that looks older than the product behind it. The public Ontario homepage is not an empty sign-up screen: it shows current slot shelves, a branded exclusives row and a full live-casino grid. Official Canadian listings are also available for both iPhone and Android. That makes the casino easier to assess before registration.
Its strongest ideas are a published promise to use the highest RTP configuration supplied for a game when more than one version exists, and terms that list the verification documents. Its weakest area is withdrawal predictability: the terms promise only business-day processing, and the per-method timetable has gone from Casino Classic's own site. Interac is documented for deposits, while the Ontario pages say nothing about Interac withdrawals.
Casino Classic is worth considering for visible game choice, native apps and an unusually explicit RTP policy. It is less convincing for anyone who wants Interac in both directions or a short, easily summarized cash-out window.
Casino Classic's RTP-version policy, read correctly
Casino Classic gives its RTP-version policy more prominence than most casinos give RTP. The operator says that, when a supplier provides the same game in several RTP configurations, Casino Classic carries the highest version made available to it. That is a meaningful configuration policy.
It is not a promise of equal returns across games or of any session result, so still check a game's information panel for its rules and RTP. Captain Cooks publishes the same supplier-version policy under a different name.

Terms and conditions, section 11 (Support, Disputes and Complaints) (opens in a new tab) checked 7 Oct 2026 - Give it time to decide. The AGCO says an operator's formal process can take up to 90 days.
- Escalate if it is not resolved. iGaming Ontario runs a dispute escalation form for players of regulated sites, and the AGCO takes complaints about operators breaking the rules through iAGCO. Neither can order a refund for you, but both can take the matter up with the operator. Complaints about self-exclusion, responsible gambling or advertising can go straight to the AGCO.
