Pros and cons
- Deposit limits and self-exclusion apply across The Six Gaming sites, so a limit set here also covers Fever Slots.
- Clause 7.9 names debit and credit cards and Interac for both deposits and withdrawals.
- The responsible-gaming page spells out the timing: decreases apply at once, increases wait 24 hours, and self-exclusion lasts at least six months.
- Withdrawals sit pending, and reversible, for up to 72 hours before processing, longer than the 24- or 48-hour holds several Ontario casinos publish.
- The terms allow withdrawal charges without printing a figure, and an account with no login for 12 months is charged C$10 a month.
- The homepage FAQ names payment brands that clause 7.9 doesn't include, and the Ontario site links no iPhone app.
Who it suits: Built for a slots player who pays by card or Interac, verifies early and can wait days for a payout. Players who want a fee-free cash-out, a firm arrival time or an iPhone app should look elsewhere, as should anyone who finds a cancellable pending withdrawal hard to leave alone. If you also hold a Fever Slots account, a deposit limit or self-exclusion set here covers that site too.
Still unconfirmed
- What withdrawal charge the cashier shows, and whether it applies to every method and request, since the terms print no amount.
- What the minimum deposit and withdrawal are outside promotional offers, and how long after the 72-hour pending screen a cash-out arrives.
- Whether Paysafecard, Skrill, Neteller or bank transfer ever appear in the Ontario cashier.
Games at Amazon Slots
Amazon Slots games and providers: three supplier lists, one catalogue
The homepage FAQ credits Games Global, Play'n GO and Pragmatic Play and names Book of Dead, Fire Joker and Big Bass Bonanza. The casino page lists Playtech, Play'n GO, Pragmatic Play and NetEnt, and the Google Play description adds Global Games, NetEnt, Yggdrasil, Pragmatic Play and Red Tiger, with Starburst, Gonzo's Quest and Gates of Olympus. Read together, the lobby is built on mainstream slot studios rather than a deep table or live offer.
The site says "hundreds" of games, one store graphic reads 700+, but no exact lobby count is published. The casino page also mentions jackpot slots, table games, video poker, scratch cards and demo slots. There's no peer-to-peer poker room, and no RTP figure appears on a public game tile.

Live casino at Amazon Slots: Playtech tables and extra homepage names
The casino page says live play is Playtech-powered and names live blackjack and live roulette, on desktop and on a phone. The homepage adds live poker, baccarat and Live Lightning Baccarat, without naming a studio for those tables. No single minimum stake covers every live table, so go by the limit shown at the table you open. The live section is a short list of formats and not a wide lobby.

Payment methods
Amazon Slots payment methods: what the terms say versus the homepage
Clause 7.9 states that deposits and withdrawals use debit or credit card and Interac. The homepage FAQ is wider: it names Visa, Mastercard, Paysafecard, e-wallets such as Skrill or Neteller, and bank transfers as accepted methods. Those extra brands appear only in the homepage list, so cards and Interac are what to expect in the cashier, which fits the clause. Fever Slots' terms carry the identical clause.
The FAQ says the only currency is CAD and that cards and payment methods must be in the registered player's name; for a bank wire, the terms pay only to the name used at registration. Withdrawals go back to the deposit method, up to the amount deposited. The only C$10 deposit figure in the terms sits in a promotional-offer clause, and no general minimum deposit or withdrawal minimum or maximum is printed, so read the limits in your own cashier.
One cost sits outside the cashier. Clause 1.5.3 charges an administration fee of C$10 a month against the balance of an inactive account, meaning one with no login for 12 months, until the balance reaches zero. If you stop playing, withdraw what is left rather than leaving it in the account.

Payouts and limits
Amazon Slots withdrawal time: up to 72 hours pending, then processing
Clause 7.8 says withdrawals are screened and held pending for up to 72 hours. In that period the balance is accessible and can be reversed, and until the request is released the funds stay part of your cash balance. Clause 7.10 says you can cancel a pending withdrawal, and that the operator isn't obliged to return a sum that was cancelled and then wagered.
That hold is long by Ontario standards. Among casinos reviewed on this site, Royal Vegas publishes a 24-hour pending period and Grand Mondial a 48-hour one, while the Jackpot City homepage says its reversal period is gone, although its terms still describe a 24-hour hold. Because the balance stays playable for up to three days, cancelling and carrying on is easy; if that is a risk for you, set a loss limit before you request the cash-out.
A game-play review can come before funds are released. If documents are requested, the FAQ asks for photo ID and proof of the payment method and says to allow three working days for review of files uploaded on the site; the terms also allow requests for proof of address up to six months old and, in some cases, source of funds. The homepage adds that a withdrawal may take a few business days depending on the payment provider; no page gives an arrival time after processing starts. On fees, clause 7.4 says only that charges may be incurred for withdrawals. The amount is not published, so check the fee line in the cashier before you confirm.
Player complaints centre on a fresh round of document requests when a withdrawal is made. Photo ID is requested at sign-up, so upload address and payment proof before the first cash-out rather than after it.

- Published payout window
- Withdrawals stay pending for up to 72 hours. After that the operator says only 'a few business days depending on the payment provider'; an Ontario review reports e-wallets 1–2 days and card or bank 3–5 business days. Editor research
- Notes
- Clause 7.8 holds every withdrawal pending for up to 72 hours while it is screened. It can be reversed in that window, and then it goes for processing. Clause 7.10 also lets a player cancel a pending withdrawal. A game-play review may happen before release. The FAQ asks for up to three working days to review uploaded documents. The homepage says withdrawals may take a few business days depending on the payment provider. No minimum withdrawal is given, and no arrival time after processing is given.
This is the operator's stated window, not a test result. Identity checks and your bank can add time.
Mobile app
Amazon Slots app: location steps for the browser and a Google Play listing
The FAQ gives location steps for Safari and Chrome on iPhone and for Chrome on Android, including precise location and keeping Wi-Fi on when you play over a cellular connection. Those steps apply to the browser.
Google Play lists Amazon Slots Real Money Casino, published by Jumpman Gaming. The store text says the app is tailored for Ontario users and describes slots, roulette, blackjack and live casino. The content rating reads Adults only 18+, but the Ontario terms require 19. The page shows an update date of 20 August 2024. The Ontario site gives no iPhone app link, so iPhone players have the browser. Fever Slots, on the same terms, links no app at all, so this Android app is one of the few practical differences between the two brands.

Safety and regulation
Who runs Amazon Slots: The Six Gaming Limited, registration OPIG1229310
The terms describe The Six Gaming Limited as a Guernsey-registered company incorporated under the laws of Alderney. Clause 1.1.9 says wallets on websites operated by The Six Gaming are kept separate and funds can't move between accounts, while a self-exclusion works the other way, applying across those websites under the responsible-gaming page.
The footer prints registration OPIG1229310, and the terms say the site is for people located in Ontario under an agreement with iGaming Ontario. The directory entry, checked on 6 October 2026, lists Casino and doesn't list sports betting for Amazon Slots.
A casino-page marketing line says online casinos are for adults aged 18 and above, but the Ontario terms and the homepage FAQ set the age at 19.

Customer support
Amazon Slots customer support: email in two business days, chat for urgent questions
The FAQ says the team aims to reply to customer emails within two business days. Exclusion requests can go to support@thesixgaming.ca, and the safer-gambling team uses safergambling@thesixgaming.ca. The terms say questions needing immediate attention should go to customer service by live chat, though they give no chat hours. Use email for anything that needs a record.
A marketing section on the casino page mentions a 24/7 customer support team. On the FAQ, the 24/7 wording is attached to the tools instead: responsible-gambling controls can be applied at any hour without contacting support. No telephone number is given.

Responsible gambling
Responsible gambling limits at Amazon Slots: some follow you across sites
Deposit limits can be daily, weekly or monthly, and the responsible-gaming page says they apply across current and future accounts on participating websites managed by The Six Gaming Limited, which includes Fever Slots. A decrease applies immediately, while an increase or removal waits 24 hours.
Loss limits use the same day, week and month choices and the same 24-hour wait, and apply only on this website. Time limits can be 1, 2, 4, 6 or 8 hours a day, also on this website only. A lower limit applies at once, an increase or removal waits 24 hours, and reaching the limit stops access to the games.
A break can last one day, one week, one month, two months or three months, and the account reopens when it ends. Self-exclusion is a minimum of six months, set through the on-site tool or by email to support@thesixgaming.ca. It covers all The Six Gaming Limited websites, Fever Slots included, so you can't exclude this site alone. The account stays closed until you ask for it to reopen.
BetGuard is separate from that exclusion. The page calls it an iGaming Ontario tool, available from age 19, with no casino account required, and lists BetGuard.ca and 1-833-776-7171. ConnexOntario is 1-866-531-2600. Our responsible gambling guide sets out how limits, breaks and exclusion differ.

Alternatives to Amazon Slots
Alternatives to Amazon Slots: weigh the cash-out first
Choose Amazon Slots for a slot-led lobby and limits that follow you to Fever Slots, not for speed or a fee-free withdrawal. Fever Slots is no escape from those rules, since it runs on the same terms. For a casino whose homepage says the reversal period is gone (its terms still describe a 24-hour hold), open the Jackpot City review. For a second slot-led Ontario casino to compare, try the Spin Casino review.

Amazon Slots in Ontario: a slot site with a slow, reversible cash-out
Amazon Slots is available in Ontario's regulated iGaming market. On 6 October 2026 the iGaming Ontario directory listed it with the offering Casino and a link to the brand's Ontario site, so follow that link directly rather than similarly named domains. The terms name The Six Gaming Limited, with a registered address at La Corvee House, La Corvee, Alderney, GY9 3TQ. Players must be at least 19 and physically in Ontario, and accounts use Canadian dollars only.
The same company runs Fever Slots, and the paperwork shows how close the two are: Fever Slots' terms define their casino website as a subdomain of the Amazon Slots site. Wallets stay separate, but deposit limits and self-exclusion reach across both brands.
The cash-out is the part to understand before depositing. Clause 7.8 holds every withdrawal pending for up to 72 hours while it is screened, and the money can be pulled back into play during that time. Document review, a withdrawal charge the terms allow but do not price, and the payment provider's own time follow, and no stage after the hold has a published clock.
